Ascents by Martina Demmel having Distinct route

Expected it to be way harder after the breakout in the middle but for me the crux was actually right at the start on those slopy tufas! Lovin' 'él balcon':)

Isi's support made it possible to battle myself through to the chains of this resistence beast! Loved the tufa sequence at the start:) no chalk from the middle on!

Luckilyy all the important holds were dry and the big rain didn't washed all the chalk away in this diamond:) pretty happy about my reading skills in this one;)

Big moves on perfect crimps in the middle but don't escape to the jug on the left side;) managed to send this gem just right before the sun hit the wall:)

Soo good, deserves the 3 stars and the popularity! Getting harder the higher you get with the crux directly before the chains; super happy that I could keep my mind calm especially during my shocking footslip on the last move and hanging with only one arm in the topjug definitely brought up even more adrenalin and happiness for sure:)

Perfect mindset after onsighting the neighbouring lines:) got the boulder through the slopy crack in the end just perfect! Soo good but a few soaked holds

Relieved that my hook didn't popped too early as I was suuper extended;)

Even if it's lower end of the grade, I'm super proud to have got the sequence of this bouldery roof perfect:)

Beautiful classic! Maybe I haven't got the perfect beta but at least I climbed everything as direct as possible;)

Another nice crack line with a bouldery start mono start:)

Never expected that because I was locking at the holds and simply couldn't even imagine how I'll get off the ground... did it with the mono and almost fell afterwards! Nice bouldery line:)

45min-battle against numb fingertips on this bouldery 35m hidden kingline! Gracias Michi for your patience and cheering me through all these close to fall sections:)

Erkundungstour durch alle möglichen rostigen haken;) harte verschneidung v.a. wenn ma nix spürt bei den eisigen 0grad...

The megaa classic in the 8a-range! Powerful first half followed by a resistancy finish in grey rock which brought up a proper cold pump;)

Even if it ends in the middle of the wall, the moves were actually super nice! Close fight just before it got dark during the 5th day on; golden & happy hour:)

Pretty good and not that polished like the neighbouring ones yet:)

Maybe the sweaty 27 degrees lowered the expectations but I still almost slipped out of every pocket in the pretty long crux sequence and luckily found the right beta for the final crack! Super happy to have onsighted this endurance beauty:)

Finallyyy dry! The very first move is the hardest single move but staying concentrated till the very end is even more important! The nohand full body lock behind the big tufa is the most fun part:))

Nice change in style with 20m steep bouldery moves on pinches! Really enjoyed this one and reading every section perfectly made it even more flowy:)

Flying up another popular line in the canyon! Suddendly the Czech guy was hanging next to me for taking some pics again;) mercii!

Battling through the tufa part and cruising up the juggy crimps to the chains:) most-do here!

The ultraclassic tufa kingline with crimpy finish without escaping to the right! The pinches before had been the biggest challenge for me;)

Almost too good to be natural! Couldn't be any closer at every single move even if Simon still said it looked super relaxed somehow;)

Soo much better than the neighbouring ones! Powerendurancy section in the middle where I barely managed to read it correct and a super tricky slab finish; not that polished yet:)

NEVER got so pumped before! Still don't know how I could keep myself on the wall because I always thought that I would fall on the next move during this pumpyy beast;) really loved this fight!

Almost messed it up directly before the chains, climbed down again and found the right beta but got sooo pumped! Must do:)

Amazingly good moves through this overhanging corner with two rather obvious bouldery sections! Low expectations made me flew up this beauty with perfect flow; soo happy:)

Perfect mindset and my new harrness seems to let magic happen;) schaut unscheinbar aus aba richtig guade kletterei!

The best tufa line I've ever done! Stemming, cuddling, battling, pinching and dancing around these two tufas;) kinda strange but a must-do!

Biggest thx to Simon for putting up the draws and telling me how to do the first big move:) the cruxy final part on little pinches and commiting big moves really let me fight properly the first time here;)

Lots of tricky sequences on super polished rock but the moves are super delicious! Adding two more cuts wasn't the best result for sure;)

Once again perfect beta & support by Kevin and Tom E.! Low expectations were the key to stay calm till the end!

#2go Always looked up this stunning line but never tried it because I had too much respect of this hard looking start! Then climbed onsight till the middle of the route and realised that the crux is still coming;) one of the best here with a boulder on tiny pockets!

#2go What nice boulderstart with a tricky toehook move;) afterwards resistence is needed for the long runout including a few big moves

One of the best and hardest in Berlin! Felt impossible on the first day, now a week later, it felt like a different route even though I barely could remember my beta;)

#2go The only time, I didn't had a look at the route because it looked too hard for an onsight and I rather just boulder it up once... fell at the 2nd move, came down directly and climb the whole line basically onsight! What a pity but still happy to have made such quick business;)

#2go The best coice for sunny winterdays! Surprisingly close on the flash by falling at the last draw due to a wet hold... as the rock ws even more soaked the next try, I truly had to improvise right before the chains with a fun cut loose:)

Maybe even better than Witchcraft! 3rd go after falling at the top the go before again... crossed over to the mono and slowly starting to like those holds:)

Big classic! Messed up the 2nd go on the very last move to the top jug and somehow sent it 5mins later... found a different beta for the crux with a new sidepull;)

#2go THE classic from '87 and such a beautiful bouldery sequence on top! Nice onsight try but I had two possible betas in my mind and went for the tall people beta... happy about a solid send afterwards:) pretty syked for the one to the right now just praying for good condis;)

#2go More or less only hard to get the potato right and then a few committing moves till you get into the end of 'Stromlinie', proud about sending this popular boulder within 2 tries; something you don't see that often that this part of the wall is completely dry

#2go Messed up the onsight with the face directly before than anchor 'cause I lost quite a lot of power in the mono-part lower down... relieved that I could sent it 2nd go which still has been a good fight;) same style as 'Desperado'just a little bit harder! 10-/10

Wenn ma erst nur de 'AD' mal gseng ham wollt, dann spontan mol hochbouldert weils ja "nur" 2 fingerlöcher sind und da verletzte ringfinger deswegen au ned gbraucht wird und ma se dann im 2nd go relativ entspannt klettert obwohls scho da 5.tag in folge is... Wth! Great way to end this awesome 2 weeks here:)

#2go Checking out the moves in the sun was super stupid with these sharp holds, at least it felt easy in the shade later;) the crux was extra hard for little me as I couldn't go from jug to the mono...again learning to be patient with myself:)

#2go Luckily a cloud was flying by during my send which let all these little pockets almost feel like jugs compared to the first try;) super interesting bouldery moves!

#2go From drilled monos to powerful pocket moves with high hooks to slabby moves with no footholds almost! Really enjoyed figuring out everything in this old one from '86 maybe the hardest 8a I've ever done!

#2go Messed up the onsight around the first bolt because of a footslip, came down again and did it right away...

#2go One hard move into this slopy undercling in the middle of the roof and the rest is more about finding the right footholds;) better than it looks! Felt surprisingly fresh in steep terrain even if it's already the 4th day in a row:)

Took me about 5 tries to do the far move from the soaked undercling with totally wet footholds... amazingly good moves through this little roof afterwards with a perfect heel hook above the head at the edge and to really trust this one was the key:)

For sure, the best and hardest of its grade in the whole Frankenjura! So much resistance needed finishing with a far commiting move to the top:) would deserve more than 5 stars!
