Very scary. Tough to read rising unprotected diagonal traverse with a bit of lichen. Stoked to have done it, falling was not really an option. In hindsight perhaps a head point would have been wiser.

Intimidating, particularly when the rock is wet the first 1/3 of the route and the wind is howling. Luckily the rock is sticky. Great moves. Beta: take extra long whilst climbing it so your belayer can get a solid thrashing by the waves.

Very enjoyable climbing with some tiny crimps up high. Basically a sport route with a single bolt up high protecting the entire crux.

Grand! Techy wall climbing past three spaced bolts. Would not want to blow it on the techy moves before the first bolt, as gear is low and non-optimal. Quite sustained climbing, with some average rests.

Bloody hell is this run out. After the last horizontal, there is techy slab/face for about 8m till a thin seam that will accept some average small RPs. Then a tricky sequence for the next 5m until a good rail. Would definitely not want to blow it, a 20m fall could be on the table. Cruxy at the bolt and mossy at the top, but a splendid climb all up. This is why Moonarie gets raved about.

Stoked. Been putting it off for a while. Elegant yet pumpy climbing which never lets off from the traverse except for two average rests. Felt like I was coming off a number of times, the layback feet are so polished. Double ropes are handy, for pre and post traverse. Micro gear for after the traverse. Felt on the harder side for the grade, compared to Dispatched and Orestes.

Even better than hypertension. Less sustained, but has harder sequences. Trad gear is much better on this climb. Lovely tricky face sequences to unwind gives way to a short cruxy finger crack before finishing up a bomber hand crack.

I believe this line traverses underneath the huge roof with a couple bolts and is graded 22? Super rad!! The Trinity Wall of Moonarie. Wild positions with inverted knee bars and dicey moves, what a corker!

Decided to try it after not seeing any bees during my five minutes observation. Imagine my regret to find that the hive was swarming with them and I'd very nearly placed a hand in their nest. Luckily it was late in the day and they were sluggish. Quickly pulled the hard undercling move through the roof and delicate face afterwards. Would be classic if not for the chossy last several meters.

Ground up placing gear after watching my partner place gear. Gear was still incredibly dicky and non-confidence inspiring. Some bomber stuff though. A real nice climb, some tricky sequences.

Sweet and slippery! After no rain for two weeks the pocket and horizontal was still seeping. Having seen a bird drink from the pocket before my attempt, I guess I should have known better. Desperately converted the wet sloper to a handjam and stayed on. Eventually committed to the crux and motored up on crimp slopers expecting a huge whip (on good gear) which fortunately never arrived. Felt quite stiff! Classic.

A superb climb. Technical and sustained up the arete. Some balancy moves down low. Its a great route in an amazing location, but really you need to enjoy the entire day of climbing to make it worth it, not just this route.

Heartbreaking line. Fell off the final jug on my best attempt. Will be back for this beauty. Moorhead was truly ahead of his time with this one. Super strenuous crack leads to ultra technical traverse and powerful final moves. Hard.
