First attempt in years. Great route

I find this style of climbing bloody tricky, but this route takes up prime real-estate on the best looking prow of rock at the crag so gave it a few attempts to get the tick. Really fun moves that force good technique. Wasn't convinced I'd send today. But got it on the last go. I think more time here would be very good for my climbing.

Fell at the first hard move, lowered, re-tied in and sent. Really great!

Another FA gifted by Andrews hard work. A crimpy pockety crux on great rock gives way to steep gym style jug hauling on even better rock at the top. Really fun

Fell twice trying to clip the last bolt. Skipped the clip on my 3rd attempt and the moves to the anchor weren't too hard.

Went pretty quickly, stick clipped to the top, then had a toprope in full sun and nearly died. Revived myself with some water and a long sit under the trees reading my book. Got back on and sent first lead attempt at sunset on still brutally hot rock.

Hard to understand how adding a 28 crux direct start to an established 28 means this is still 28 but I'll just tick it as hard for the grade. Warmup go I fell again after the last bolt and second go it went down.

The kachoong of the south esk, only not as good or easy or trad.

Sweet moves and some very hard to use holds. Originally given 27. It feels harder than all of the 26s in the gorge.

Bolted yesterday afternoon, climbed this morning. Traverse moves are super unique and exciting and the arete just keeps giving to the top. Good fun! Plenty of bolts where you want them.

In the rain, What an adventure day. Required the boat to get across dry here too. Quite a rad crag

24 off the tree, pulling on without it feels like 26. I felt like I could almost make upward progress without the tree. Could be easier if 6 foot 4 and taller

Some really great moves. Unfortunately I had a terrible headspace for the day but managed to get this second shot.

Bad beta but got the tick. Fixed the missing bolt and the loweroffs as well.

A very classy climb. First attempt was a thuggy all guns blazing, no resting burn which didn't last long. But after some rest beta the tide turned and I scraped through. Stoked to finally tick a boneyard route hahaha

The new hold is much easier to reach and the sequence has changes a little, but it is certainly not the crux of the route. 23 is still a fair grade I think.
