Ascents as top rope by Jonathan Bright

Attempted direct campus start 5.10a variation. Can heel hook but can't reach the next hold. Maybe fresh?

Again to top out and move rope

Some tiny holds. Went up left block to get onto wall. Anchor was at Nutmaster though.

Fell once but got to the top. Should have gone right earlier before the overhang.

Took many attempts to figure out the first part, cool weird moves and positioning.

Super strenuous and lots of lucky throws.

Followed clean. Pretty easy, but getting around bush without using it is awkward. First two blocks are loose.

Smells like pee. As it says, it seems like off-width but actually isn't. Some lichen and moss and vultures sitting and looking at us.

Can't get to top. was trying straight line variation shown here, not the curvy variation called Nobody's Fool

I think you have to stay left for it to be 5.10. I didn't do it clean this time.

Supposedly I cruised this easily? It's to the left of the crack that is pictured. Straight up to the bolts didn't feel like 5.10.

Gunks App calls this 69 variation 2 but it's a different route. Not sure if we did the correct route but rock was slimy. Lots of pulling on small crimps, though, to get to better holds, so 5.9 seems appropriate. Good to practice harder technique.

Multiple top rope attempts. One hard move in the middle that I wasn't able to do.

TR attempt and got to the top, but cheated by reaching around arête
