Ascents by Dominik having Distinct route

Bit surprised to take home the flash. But the slab eventually resolved easier than it looked. Soft 6c+?

Conditions were good today. And I managed to send on the first attempt - thanks to Jose who put up the draws.

I had imagined myself cruising through the crux today, but eventually it was a huge struggle. I kept going and barely made it to the jug above. Fingers numb from exhaustion and the cold.

Had a really good first go on this one. The first few meters are not that hard and you get to the top of the flake. Here the real action starts. I managed to get through the crux right away. Beta:

Right foot into the hole next to the bolt. Move the left foot up. Reach over to the good side pull with the right hand. Step through with left foot and pull hard on the right hand. The finger pocket with the right hand only fits the two smallest fingers.

Made it until before the small overhang without any rests. But then I was a bit too pumped to get it done. Actually you only have to get your feet high enough, then you reach the good holds comfortably. Bit of a tricky section again just before the top.

6aish climbing until the yellow streak. Then hard crimp and pocket pulling - too hard for me.

Very hard start. Couldn't get past the monodedo to reach the left-hand crimp. Aided it and got through the next couple of moves. Struggled again with the move to the ledge.

Aided from last bolt to anchor. The anchor seems put in a bad place in my opinion

Found no climbable sequence for me. But you can make your way to the chains easy enough by pulling on quickdraws. Maybe I don't have the imagination how this can be a 6c+.

Unlikely I'll be coming back for this any time soon.

Today was not the day...

Couldn't do the crux move and aided. Quite hard for 6c+(?)

Hard at the bottom and then again midway. Found no solution for the second crux today.

Small really bad holds. I don't see myself doing those moves anytime soon.

Apparently (only) 6c+. Maybe I'm missing something here...?!
