so good. one of the big problems i wanted to do. did the stand start (which i punted on the flash) then came down and did stand

extension of minki. worked the moves out then 1st go from the start

#2go kinda flashed. stand start to nutsa. pulled onto the start holds, went to get my heel on, lowered back down reset right hand pulled on and went to the top. had a play on nutsa and it was awesome
