Ascents in Luxembourg

First hard route after EBV!!! Such a great route. Easy, but powerful entry, some body tricks, crimps and finally an amazing crux boulder. Spent 1-2 days last year, figured out a good beta but could not send. Today 2nd go after hanging the draws and redoing the moves. Feels great to be able to pull hard, even if the endurance is still missing. Great, relaxing vacation in the woods.

One go to check it out. Don't find it easier than Jactatio as some people say. Would have to come back with way stronger two left fingers.

Seems to be the classic... two dynamic moves after pumpy 7b+/c. Great fun, but now I'm tired of sandstone jug-jumping.

One go to check it out. Though but super cool boulder sequence towards the top. Might be the next proj. (Props to anyone who rebolts this thing, the bolt placement of the second and third bolt are horrifying. Clipstick strongly recommended!)

Mega! Tried it because I thought I could avoid the dyno on Cima. Turns out the crux move is nails, but oh so good! One hanged it, but damn, doing the crux from the ground requires some bicep juice. Let's see...

Oh well, apparently the juice was there. Went first go of the day, so psyched!

Good rock, great moves and nice ambiance but discontinuous as a route. Lovely lower part, around 7b on its own. Tricky crux in upper part. Bloody sloper! Frozen hands on days with perfect conditions, but to hot to hold the sloper during warmer days. Finally clicked on a low humidity day, with OK temps and the sun only just popping round the corner. Team-project-send thanks to M&F. Happy moment .

ultra nice! all routes in berdorf are great but this one was especially beautiful. Going up all the way in the center of this amazing crag. Looks blank from the bottom but has lots of tiny nice grimping to do A real pleasure to climb and send this one. See you soon_ Berdor!

Nach insgesamt 6 Tagen projektieren über 2 Jahre verteilt, endlich geschafft. Absolute Traumtour, gibt jedem Indoor-Dyno seine Berechtigung!

7 8 tries. Super happy to boulder a right heelhook heavy boulder above pads 2 months after a meniscus surgery... or maybe im just a retard... Later inwas told i didnt eliminate all the right holds so for sure not 7a+ but felt like a 7Aish so ill keep that for myself.

The classic, no more comment needed. Damn, sticking that dyno though definitely requires just the right amount of luck. Maybe another time.

"Gehacke". Had good Beta and gave eveything. Was close on 3 moves.

What a classic and rightfully named after Bleau's infamous crimpy sector. This one will put your fingers to a test! Unfortunately did not want it enough on the 3rd go and fell on the last hard move, but luckily bagged it after a well deserved restday.

One realy hard crux move and a cool dyno from good crimps

Touched the edge on last move as I could not find the right foothold. Stupid. Felt like 7b this way (with damp rock and stayed left well left of the edge in bottom part).

Superb route with interesting moves on perfect rock. 2nd try. Fell on lat hard move with cold hands on 1st try.

Such a shame the rock is (very) often damp. Otherwise a really nice route with unusual climbing for the region. Love the transit from hands first to feet first. Hideous conditions today made the start almost impossible.

Finally... 14 years after I first tried.

Nice line with the edge. Tried the 7b+ variation before but it felt really stupid to avoid taking the obvious edge while using crimps 10 cm left to it...
