등정들 Kolosseum에서

A lot of effort to get over the crux at the nose (bolt 5ish). After the crux steep climbing on huge Jugs, but relentless on the forearms.

Nur bis zum 6ten Haken geklettert. Dann Kam in der Verschneidung ein sehr weiter Zug nach links an einen guten Griff. Den konnte ich nicht erreiche

Sehr schöne Tour, sehr kräftig.

Schön, interessant. Unten Stützer und Hand zum Fuß.

Das ist nicht 6b+ wenn man an einem winzigen Pinösel nach rechts aufstehen muss. Oben nass. Ich finds generell scheiße, wenn einfache Routen in Gebieten zu schwer sind. Das ist echt unnötig. Route ist aber sonst ganz schön.

Endurance on slopers, with a pretty reachy crux.

The guide book says 7a+. Not so easy at the beginning, then a short crux after a traverse to the right: a far move with the left hand which I didn't like very much since the left side of a dihedral stopped me from doing it fully dynamically. Easier afterwards.

Could climb up to the crux, but I was too pumped to climb it (or maybe had the wrong beta). Crux beta: with the right hand, take upper left undercling, take sloper with left, feet up high, far move with the left into a relatively good pinch just below the good sidepull, then either put the right foot up and quite a bit to the right, release right hand, and then somehow up to sidepull, or heelhook with right foot just right of right hand to release right hand, put left foot up high, release hook to go into sidepull

Crux right at the start, for me the hardest part was a cross-over with the left into a side pull while holding on with two fingers only with the right hand. Nice climbing, and the route looks amazing.

Did not quite manage to do the first barefoot toprope flash of this route, sliding off a wet sloper just before the chains.

Easily climbed up to the redpoint crux on my try today, but there was exactly one crucial (soaking) wet hold (at least I think I used it last time) and I fell off. The fog got denser afterwards and everything became even more moist, so I did not try again.

Unclimbable for me today. The holds in the middle were not completely wet, but very moist through the high humidity and the fog regularly drifting along the wall. It was almost impossible to hold on to some of them.
