This route seemed harder than a 10d at the start, but I'll nail it next time for sure.

Theres a nasty hold with poor footing half way up.

This was a kickass roof climb that was almost to the end of our tubeing trip down the Guadalupe. The water was pretty high and the wall was about 40 foot. I had to bale on it 'cause I wasn't sure what was under the water or how deep it was. I went about 30 feet on it before jumping. Damn I hated to have to bale on this thing but there was a huge boulder just under the water right beside where I was climbing and I wasn't sure what else was around it.

This route was further up river that the other but was just as kick ass if not better. It was more overhanging and was about 60+ feet. I made it about half way before I got to the really hard part. I would say it would go at 5.13+. It was bad ass climbing out there on the river. There's nothing like have 500 drunk tubers cheering you on.

Haven't found a way past the sloper with poor footing.

Are there really any holds or footing?

onsighted to the crack, didn't have gear so bailed.

Super tough roof route, made it to the third bolt in the roof.

I don't know why this route spanked me but it did, and that's all I got to say about that.

Decided this was a good one to try. Fell off at the fourth clip misreading the crux on the on-sight.......oh well, try again.

Thought I 'd give this little variant a go.......really punchy and powerful......good climbing

Tough boulder problem. Tough hand match to make the big move.

I wouldn't consider myself as sort but this route was extremely hard for a 5.9. Everything was out of my reach and there was no in-between. I got to the second bolt and got so pumped I had to bail off of a tree. I felt like such a jackass for bailing off a 5.9.

Fell on the move out to the lip today. Got pretty pumped due to bad rope drag and fumbling a couple clips badly
