Description

Mostly well bolted sport routes with a few trads.

Vulcanic andesite cliffs and towers.

Spring located up in the valley.

Access issues

Climbing prohibited between 1. february - 15. july. National Park info: https://www.bnpi.hu/hu/sziklamaszas

Approach

Follow the red line or blue M from Mátrakeresztes in the valley, until you see the walls on the left side.

Where to stay

There is a tourist house and camping area at the end of the village, owned by the local climbing club. You need to contact the club in advance: https://www.facebook.com/bgyhk

Ethic

Do not use chalk!!! Magnesium chalk fills up the andesite, making it greasy over time.
