Routes in Ngā Kohatu Whakarakaraka o Tamatea Pōkai Whenua / The Port Hills for selected grade

Looks chossy, but is solid. Interesting climbing

Climb the steep and crimpy face to shared anchor with 'Leonie / I Bit My Tongue'

Stem up the corner on some insecure holds.

A nice line through the centre of the face. Bolts are really close so a great beginner top rope or a beginner lead.

Start to the top left of gorilla grip / she devil Traverse right then follow the bolts up to a double ring belay station.

Start just left of Kingfisher and boulder up to the first bolt on small holds, then more positive moves leftward to the second bolt, and finish slightly right up the left side of the arete. Don't pull two hard on holds around the 2nd bolt or veer left to avoid crumbly rocks.

Climb a prominent corner, passing a roof halfway up to the right. Bolted crux.

Mixed climb. Share the first high bolt of BBB. Stay left of the bolt, then clip the second bolt and place a small wire before running out for the top anchor.

Start at the left side of a vegetated corner.

Start in the centre of the wall beside a bush, and follow a thin crack curving up to a round pod. Trend left, past a small roof and bolts to a double bolt anchor.

Just right of In You Endo.

Start 3m right of Hippocratic Oaf, on the right end of the wall.

Climb up the right side of the scrappy corner, continuing up the wall on reasonable rock tending rightward. Protected in the middle but the crack at the top is not useful.

Up easier terrain a couple of metres right of "Fear As Fuel". One of the highest route of the crag. Enjoy the view during the finish on the prow.

May have a loose block.

Just right of Mercy, starting up the black face.

Hard start over the left of a small cave, following a faint crack.

Steep crack starting from a ledge.

This fetching shallow crack makes for absorbing climbing and the fiddly pro keeps you on your toes.

The first climb on the face just right of Please Stop. Veer leftwards past the bolts but stay out of the crack.

Step in from the right, or use the harder direct start (about 19) to the first bolt. Then climb the corner on big holds, but with a couple of reachy moves. Exit left to the "Quick & Dirty" top out. Originally listed as 20, but seems to be getting steadily downgraded
