None at major areas, all federally owned land except at the pass proper.
I-90 is the only road system into the area, It's about an Hour drive from the Seattle Metro Area depending on traffic. 3 1/2 hours from Spokane. No regular Public transit is available, but the Milwaukee Rd could be used to bike to the crags 5-7 hours
Denny Creek is the Closest to the crags 24 sites 20$ a night. Hotels: Summit Inn 110+$ at the pass, Edgewick Inn 80+$ in North bend.
In a wilderness like setting, please do not bolt existing trad and alpine routes, and keep cleaning to a minimum in alpine areas.
