Michele Beraudo I'm not sure if I precisely understand your question, but maybe the easy answer is: with commas.
e.g., if you fill in the assigned grade field "3+,4,2" and the length "10,8,10", it will automatically make a multipitch out of it, with grade 4 and length 28m
please also consider the difference between one multipitch, and multiple single-pitches, see Adding routes in this help section

how to add single pitch grade in a multipitch route?
how do i add the grade or info of every single pitch in a multipitch route? right now i'm only able to add the number of lenghts in the route, nothing more.
