By car: drive to the "Substation CFE" (you can find on Google Maps at these coordinates: 21.000384194513458, -101.25104089053421). You can park in the main hiker's parking lot there, or you can take the "Camino a La Cueva de San Ignacio" to park by up the cave. This road may be poor/unusable in the rainy season.
There is a hiking trail from the Cave around the base of "Cerro de la Bufa" to its backside where you can find La Segunda Seccion. Continue on the trail to the Tercera and Cuarta Secciones.
According to the signage, you can camp in the area, probably even in the huge cave. But please no campfires.
