Mantle down low can actually be easily done without an awkward alpine knee. The crux is kind of a one move wonder that can cost a lot of skin when repeatedly done... Best to directly aim for the good hold far back instead of the closer but worse sloper.

Totally out of my element. Very endurance-y. Unfortunately quite a few hard/sketchy clips with a bit of ground-fall-potential. Batteries empty on the second go...
