Ascents in Annivers - Hérémence

Good but not as good as its neighbour.

One really hard crimpy boulder in the middle and a boulder at the very top. Unfortunately, didn't have the skin left to finish it off.

Blew the onsight three moves from the chains Awesome route. Gets 7b in the guidebook but if so, feels hard for the grade.

Really cool climb with bouldery sections between good rests. Unfortunately the arms gave up on the second go just before the chains, but luckily bagged it as a warm up the next day. Psyched!

Another one on the project list.

100% the opposite of its neighbor Hypocrate regarding bolting: run-outy above ledges and slabs at the crux sections. Also to my mind its quite harder than Hypocrate, although the writing on the wall suggests the other way around (Hypocrate 6c, Coproduction 6b+). Prefered downclimbing and bailing off over risking to fall on the slab again after my experience on Saturday…

Definitely harder than „Invitation“. Cool line though.

Perfect warm-up. Very kind bolting.

Fell at the very last move to the final jug below the chains in my os try. #2nd went smooth. Stellar flowy line!

Had a nasty Fall above the 2nd quickdraw and slammed my toe against the wall on the slab below :/… Couldn’t solve that one far span move in the middle part. Feels super hard - even for 7b+. To my mind never 7b as some topos suggest.

The last move is the hardest

Very cool. Beginning overhang is hard but the crux is probably the ending. Also the starting boulder is fun

Lead climbing used 8QDs and two at the top
