改了动作，基本上是静态爬法，左脚上高，左膝顶起来带点knee bar，出左手先抓一个非常不好的过渡点，借助一点点摩擦力，继续出左手抓到目标好点。

有点吃臂展和能力...
起步手点感觉微妙，脚点极限，发力动作不平衡有随时开门的感觉。要在不平衡的状态下利用摆荡和下肢发力，出去之后左手不能脱，右手很大。后面就简单了。

动作偏人工抱石，需要一点肩背控制的力量，只要是要找好脚点。如果脚踩的够高就可以等肩部锁定住再脱脚。如果脚脱早了动作就会变难很多
