Description

200 routes from 3 to 8c+ and many projects 100 routes below 7a Technical climbing on slabs, vertical walls and overhangs Not for the easy tick hunters, just for those enjoying the scenery and just climbing!! Most routes are 30-35m long. Abella Microclimate and crag orientation means its often climbable when terradets (bruixes), collegats or villanova de meia are out of condition.

Where to stay

eco refugio on the village square http://facebook.com/abella.climb email: abellaclimb@gmail.com sleeps 15, from 10 euro a night in dorm and 30 euro for double bedroom airport pick up and drop off from 200 euro 1 to 8 people, daily crag transport service for nearby crags from 40 euro a day 1-8 people self catering but half board possibility for group of 6 minimum on request

first routes equipped amongst other by Jordi Pou Calvet (the Margalef activist!!) and most routes by pep Boixados (rosso) owner of deu dits climbing gym in barcelona, until further development happened mainly by Gee who set up an ecological community nearby (www.ecodharma.com) and Nicolas & Ella the owner of the refugio
