Varied sport and trad climbing around the gorge of the Esera river
Elija bien.
After the Ésera river leaves the Barasona reservoir, it winds its way through a narrow gorge, where it has excavated multiple massive walls as well as several fin-shaped rock blades. The rock, limestone and conglomerates, varies in quality. You will find short sport climbs, aid, trad routes and even a via ferrata. The quality of the bolts ranges from prehistoric bolted-on chain links to modern bolts. Choose wisely.
