Ascents in Gun Club

Some sources claim 5.12a for this route, but it didn't feel harder than 5.11c (max 5.11d) to me.

This is a nice route. Sustained climbing through the second to fifth draws. Really enjoyable. misread the sequence on the on-sight attempt.

Gave it another shot as it was getting late and we had to go home. Fell at the final crux move after a really solid push through the rest of the route.......it lives to fight another day.....I however am trashed (no skin left)

Really pleased with the moves down low that are heinous bouldery moves. Nice on-sight.

The technical foot sequence on this route was awesome......really enjoyed it.

This is a great warm up and good to get used to the horrid sharp rock.

This was the other route we did today before the rain came. Oh well theres always tomorrow.

This was the warm up today and I was pleased with the result. All this climbing is doing me good. i think i'll keep doing it

One fall and then got it all sorted. It'll go next time. Such a nice short and sharp limestone route........will return to the scene of the crime

Watched Mike lead it, so can't really claim it as an on-sight.

Easy-going until the bulge at the top. Sharp, though -- fall is scary just because of the abrasiveness, bolting is fine.

Another sharp route, high first bolt -- but easy-going to get to it.

Hard moves to the first bolt, and even second, easier afterwards. A far harder 5.6 than "Mini-Gun".

A bit sharp, but if you can place your hands carefully, you can do ok. Very close-bolted, including super-low first bolt, makes for a friendly and comfortable 5.6 lead.
