Ogden Canyon offers an assortment of climbing for any skill & ability level. Many of the cliffs are nestled within forested side canyons making this an excellent summer climbing location. Exploring each unique crag is well worth the trip.
The more notable & popular crags/ routes are detailed here. Those not listed include: Pipe Wall, Green Snatch, Roadside Attraction, Chouinard's Gully, The Blob, Inner Struggle Wall, Yoda Cave, & The Tower.
©Several areas are restricted to or have limited access for climbing. Be mindful and ensure due diligence to promote positive community relations with land owners.
No Climb zones: Ogden Canyon Waterfall Wall (Waterfall dihedral), Ogden Canyon Ice (between Ice wall & mouth of canyon), Parry Camp (Cliffs east of waterfall near residential neighborhood), Warm Water Canyon (Cliffs east of Hole in the Rock).
Limited Access: La Cantina, Grey Cliffs, The Cave. These areas are legal to climb however landowners may restrict common pathways to access these crags.
©Most crags require parking & walking along the narrow canyon road. Approach trails are ad hoc ascending vegetated & talus slopes. Use caution and be mindful.
