Awesome climb! Sustained climbing, P2 and P8 had some good moves. Linked P9 and P10, was my favourite. Some wet holds though, made the traverse particularly spicy.

Nice chill day out (though rach might disagree).

I thought the first 2 pitches were awesome, and I’d say a better start to BBB. The traverse onto the buckets was fun, but otherwise I’d say Bunnies is the better route.

Did it in 7 pitches on 50s, bit under 6 hours car-car. 1-2, 3, 4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10.5, 10.5-top.

I’d say most of the route is overgraded, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

Got excited for this traverse until my hands went and dunked into a pool of slime. Both hands. So I sat to recoop. Got to arete and thought I needed to rest more before pulling the lip but it was actually chil. And fun

God damn did I freak out. My foot broke off 2 holds at separate times. One was when moving off the last traverse bolt. Went to step across with right foot and left foothold broke off but I caught myself with my left handhold. Then up a few more bolts and my right foothold broke off too. All ironstone climbing I was so scared to put my weight on anything

Finally got to jump on this climb so I was super stoked however I got challenged on this! I mean, comments say it's an easy 19 but I reckon if you climb trad or cracks it's an easy 19. I did not expect a tonne of layback larrys. Commiting. But definitely became a super easy multi after the first 3 pitches. Hardest 19 multi I've done. What an adventure

Left the car at 6.20 and started the climb at 7.50 Topped out at 1.50 and back at the car at 3. Nothing felt harder than a 19 or maybe the 2nd pitch a soft 20.

Bloody brilliant. Best multi I've had the pleasure to touch! Lots of variety. Climbed 10am to 4:30pm. Good cloud cover meant we only baked in the sun occasionally.

A lot of pitches were shorter than indicated on the route description by 5 to 10m. Also a few of the grade 20 pitches could be more like 19.

Great day out with my bro. Every pitch had some cool moves, no boring bits! We rapped down Mirrorball with an 80m rope with plenty to spare. No wind thankfully. Didn't start climbing til 10 but the climb was in shade until the last 2 pitches (topped out 4.30). The traverse was the highlight for sure.

great onsight of the cruxy start by Ross! I'll log a dog cause I came off early, but the rope stretch almost got me back to the belay, so I still felt like a full clean ascent on second. The old man lets the team down I guess it was never going to be a team onsight cause I'd been on this before.

Bouldery move from the belay, then getting easier and into a stroll... At the end of this is where you can easily end up on the wrong anchors on the left (BBB I think), but if you go around the right of the tree and climb the last bolted block you are heading the right way.

yes, finally, this is the shit!! The traverse is amazing and looks so intimidating. But it's all juggy and with a cave you can rest in at the end (or at least knee bar), so it's pretty easy actually. Moving onto the arete on jugs is also easy if you use the rest well — the boys with me probably considered that aid!

Coming back with 2 young guns to do a repeat and get my lead on pitch 8, finally! Was worried about weather but we were super lucky with better than the forecast conditions. Felt way more relaxed on every pitch, but came off while seconding the start of P3 — funnily that went clean first try with Tim years ago, even though I was definitely weaker then. Realized I never led that pitch either, so that's the reason to get back on it!

Such an epic day out. Long and tiring for sure however so worth it. 6:30 to 4:30 car to car. Don’t forget to stop and take in the views!!!

1 hour 40min, fourth and final route of the day. Linked 1/2, pitched 3, simul 4/5/6, linked 7/8, linked 9/10, pitched 11. Started fatigued but only built energy as we got higher. Deliriously flying through those upper pitches yelling encouragement in thick American accents was classic. Final time car to car for Bunny, Hotel, Randy and West face was 8:01.01. No prerigging, no falls.

Awesome climb! Pitch 8 is one of the greatest pitches I have done in the Blueis.

I would grade the entire multi-pitch as 20, but hardest pitches on their own are on the soft side of 19s.

Note it is very easy to link with BBB at multiple locations.

As to the small hangers in the first three pitches, indeed, they are very small, so make sure to carry some thiner quickdraws.

Nice and sustained compared to bunny, a significant improvement while not too much harder. Maybe a bit chossier though in parts.

Linked p7+8, while it makes for a good long pitch the rope drag was horrid even with some alpines. Wouldn't reccomend

Super fun multi for the grade with consistent climbing throughout. I was pretty impressed by the big traverse (pitch 8) but it is not as bad as it look. I linked pitch 9 and 10 together, it feels natural to keep going as they feel very similar and there is a nice flow in linking them. However, if you are planning to do so, be mindful of how many quickdraws you are using (for the second pitch I had to skip one out of two bolts, which felt relatively safe as there are jugs everywhere).

Fantastic route. Not sure about the grade - I'm glad I had only read the guidebook and thought it was 19 max because it probably made me more confident, but can see some bouldery moves and some reachy crack moves being hard... Thoughtful bolting throughout.

Not ideal on a windy day, were basically stopping and clinging on to the wall at points, but all worked out.

First 3 pitches are sick. Pitch 2 the money pitch. Traverse onto BBB headwall is a little airy. Such a good day out, lots of climbing with minimal bush bashing. Like BBB just better (and a little harder). Last pitch is probs only a 19 with one hardish move.

What a cracker! Better than bunnies for sure: way more climbing and a more memorable traverse, which was epic and scenic as! Hardest pitch was pitch 2, felt quite delicate before the arete

50% misery and 50% fun on a cold and windy day. Took a fall on pitch 1 from reaching to a grassy hold; down climbed three times on pitch 8 after the traverse cuz the hold I wanted to use for clipping was loose and there was too much rope drag for me to clip quickly; led the final pitch in complete darkness and had to sit on every single bolt to find the next one… Not my best climbing at all but I am feeling okay with it all things considered. And man climbing with the down jacket on feels so chunky hahaha. I am actually surprised that I didn’t make holes in it 😂

Quite eventful. Rope got stuck on the rap in somehow, we struggled to second with a heavy pack, I got a small rock of chalk in my eye and was blinded. Had to climb 1.5 pitches with a makeshift eyepatch before ripping it off due to frustration and found that I could sort of see again. Got stung on the finger by a bull ant.

The climb itself is pretty nice, but all the best pitches are at the start. We linked the last 3 pitches in two and that worked well for us.

9 hours car to car.
