The boulders are sometimes well hidden in the Bavarian jungle. It is easier in spring or autumn, when the vegetation is not fully grown. Sometimes the vegetation makes it almost impossible to find the boulders you are looking for. Stay calm and avoid evening hours to not disturb wild life. The area is also a hunting ground.
