Sweet sweet laybacking

Classic line that felt unique to all the other routes we did. Short but sweet, I watched Will make lovely work of the layback then went an promptly butchered it with a slipped foot forcing rapid progression in flexibility training. Grade may be a bit soft but who cares, you feel like the king of the world standing at the belay.

Daunting at first but gets easier, thanks to the rest. Great climb.

Just too short.

Very good climb. I did it after Ariel and climbed it a different way. For a lot of moves I had no idea how I would get up ^^ Found the drop-knee for a good rest.

Some beta on gear and position of crux. Excellent movement and an inspiring line. Lots of exposure, awesome finger locks, and butterfly jams or thin hands, with fun stemming thrown in for free. I felt solid on this all the way, and one of my finer moments in climbing. Left offset crack, finger locks, ring locks, thin hands, an easy standing no hands rest, with multiple moderate rests.
