Ascents of If the Shoe Slips

Good problem with a heinous sloper. A little easier for taller people.

Worked on this all day w/ Bill. So much awesome packed into 3 metres of climbing. Stoked to have sent it.

Looks poo, climbs beautifully. Sweet moves!

Stoked for the re-send in some muggy conditions. The second sloper was heinously slippery.

Hardest problem I've ever done, so psyched I finally sent it. Has ridiculously bad slopers, that need to be brushed before every attempt in summer. Defiantly worth trying

A few shots on this again but felt like i wasn't getting any where unfortunately.

Pulled on to work a start move and found myself up and ready to throw for the finishing jug unexpectedly. Hadn't thought that far ahead yet so blew it. Spent rest of session dialling in beta and ready to go next session. Such a sick line!

I'll need better condis to stick to that first sloper. Excited to have done most of the moves - always felt out of reach until today.

Had some good attempts today, just need to linked the two halves, stopped because the first hold out left, is flexing super bad, was too afraid to pull it off the wall if I did the first moves. will come back when it is glued, and better temps

Pretty close for first session in a long time, skin was cooked from Bellthorpe day prior, but had some good goes!

Good afternoon out with Nick, most of the time spent flailing at projects. This one feels doable, a couple of end of day attempts at various sections to get a feel for it, but was pretty recked from the Traverse and Chug.

Just gotta figure out how to release the heel hook and this will go. Climbs better than it looks for sure.

Hella hard af! Conditions were amazing for summer but I think you'll need some sticky conditions for the slopes.

Wow can't believe I haven't been on this properly. All the moves going just need to sort out the final squeeze to the jugs. Bit cryptic but 10/10.

Got the first move pretty quick, but after an hour of attempts and working the other moves, I couldn’t stick the first slap again, I need heaps of power and commitment to get this one! Will be back

Tried this late last year in good form and it felt very far out of reach. Had a play today while tired and was surprised to start making moves. Will need some work but definitely in the 'will go with work' category now.

Worked very briefly.

The first move and first bump fairly dialed. Keeping the heel-toe in for the third RH still feels super fidgety. The rest of the moves are still hard as well. It's pretty heavy on the right leg.

Mandatory couple burns on the proj at the end of the session. The shoe keeps slipping.

A light at the end of the tunnel! Foot slipped before the penultimate sloper. Keen to get back and put this bad boy down. Big sesh for Dec getting BMU after this

Looks great. Tried to hold most of the positions. Will come back with more Skin and cooler temps but feels like a really nice project

Only came to work the last move as that was all the skin would permit. Did it 4 times consecutively . Time to come back fresh and do it from the start
