Ascents of Gone for Borneo as Working

Started playing on trying to go from the start through the slopers on plum into the last few moves. Lots of work to do to figure out the last couple of moves.

Managed to through for and then match the highest hold for the first time today.

Have now done every move except mantle Gaston. It will have a sting in its tail.

First session working it and got it in 2 links to the mantle, will definitely go in one when fresh. mantle will definitely be the stopper tho

After Rick White, shocked to no longer find grip? One attempt and on to the plum

Start is cool, but still can’t mantle haha, again too many goes

Solid progress on day one. Going for the drop down to the mantle. Back to it next Fri.

4th session working this. First half well sorted now. Matching on the 50degree side pull crimp rail onward still tough. Resolving the actual line has taken time. I believe there to be 3 variations of this route getting harder from right to left exit lines. Need to come back with a rope to work the top out.
