Not bad. Cool off the ledge but dodgy fall potential. Up high managed the Move through the final overlap but couldn’t clip next bolt.

Couldn't do the sequence to the anchors at the end of the traverse upwards. Extremely thin, with a painful mono hold and just sheer brutal fingertip power. Good if you like that kind of thing. Not the kind of climb for me though. These side-wards lead falls always leave me bruised and scratched up too.

Really cool climb. Lovely sequence traverse but sharp on fingers, then a funky high step through overlap. Awesome position. Never lets up. Will be back for sure

While I have been on a 21 with a harder crux, I'm not sure if the move at the crux is 21. If your short this will be really really hard.

That crux... Could only do it by knee jamming and compressing into the undercling then in one swift motion extending my legs and hips outwards and using the milliseconds of inertial stability and the tip of my middle finger to hold myself as the rest of my body gently fell backwards. 23 for shorties. Took me 4 goes as i was only able to reach the useless half crimp in the jammed kneed position before trying it that way.

Great climb. Crux in the middle asks for a big throw onto holds you can't see well. A little bit of rock breaking away near the top beware belayers

I don't usually complain about climbs feeling harder than what they are graded. Coz most of the time as climbers we fail to read the move/aren't used to that particular style of climbing/climb it in wrong weather etc. But this thing is an absolute sandbag. Maybe if you are tall as the tallest climber whose reach you are envious off, then and only then it might be a 21. Fun climbing none the less, would love to know the medium length person beta for this. Short people can try wearing heels for this one.

Nice line up a visually appealing wall. I liked the traverse right to chossy (but not chossy) mega pocket. My 6 foot frame with high feet helped me reach the pocket past the crux without too much difficulty. Small footholds to break then nice body positions out of roof to finish.

Several sessions; exact # tries unknown. Potential bad fall on crux traverse into ledge, so one must be careful to control any falls. Crux section about 13 moves, with the 2nd half being hardest. First half of crux section about grade 25, and final 6 crux moves 26, and makes the grade. Easy topout from there. I could only do one move of the crux when I first tried it, as its very technical, and thin and powerful. One of the best routes at JB on nice orange solid rock, and harder than Scarface, the other 27 at this crag.

Ended out really enjoying this climb, after the tricky move up to the pinch the climb up the main crack was fun with a nice rest position about half way before the crack opens up. I found it hard to get over the top!

A three star classic it was, with a tricky crux over bulge, hook the heel and what a relief it was. Jam thy feet and persevere, keep up the good fight and what a hold it was, tricky to find but ticked with a chalk mark it apparently was. Stand at the top, look around, the beautiful river, the lush green hills, and say to yourself what a Climb That Was.
