Still learning how to hand jam. Awesome climbing by the sea. We topped out which got a bit off width. Not sure if we went past the actual end of the climb, but made topping out easier

Didn't enjoy this as much as Cordon Bleau. Weird offwidth hand crack thing down low then nice climbing for the last part, but then it's all over. Very different climb doing it on lead over top rope.

Ahaha..... mistakenly climbed this thinking it was another climb. Oops. Still heaps fun, if a little desperate. Sammy is my sweet angel and once I got over the overwhelming fear of toppling 2 my death during the scary approach and actually got on the climb was stoked to share this last hour of sunlight, double-stacked jams all the way up adventure with her. Special shoutout to Sam (not Sammy) for coming all the way down not 2 climb but just to give us moral support and half a toblerone.

This route is great! Pretty close to giving it classic status, a hilarious fun/awkward start which had me crawl across a ledge as I couldn't get my head around a buldge leads into some great varied climbing up the grooves and cracks, the open book crack at the top is excellent and has pods for all hand sizes and gear!

so stoked with this one! loved the spicy start to get into the sentry box, did some cheeky feet first moves with some degree of elegance I hope. beautiful climbing with some committing jams on great gear! wasn't expecting to get it clean, so super happy to get the send and push myself a bit! stupidly did it in 2 pitches and built a semi-hanging belay where I could still hear Sarah, but while we switched ends the rope fell down and got stuck in the crack. I pitched out the last 5m, scrambled up the exit gully (instead of tackling the offwidth), rapped down on another rope, flicked our rope out, walked back up to the top and then built an anchor and brought sarah up in the dark! sick climbing that turned into a mini epic!

cruxy first moves! after a couple false starts, committed and cruised the rest. found the slab at the top a bit spooky but maybe I'm just bad at finding placements. Great to consolidate the grade with another 15 lead!

Good climbing and rock but the gear for the first pitch is very marginal, I stayed right to follow the decent gear so may of been off route. Open book corner pitch was sensational as was the exciting 1 move traverse in from Ice Nine. Topped out the broken stuff above instead of traversing to Harlequin anchors.

so fun! really interesting and thoughtful climbing through the chimney at the start. jamming up the back, and then some committing moves facing outwards to step out from the narrow part into wider section of the chimney and pass the roof. found some really secure positions. the outer part was perfect leg length so could have stayed wedged there for eternity. chimney/crack line kinda died out the higher you climbed, so became a chose your own adventure.

Awesome rock, huge jug pulling on steep and vertical terrain on a proud arete above deep water. Climbing doesn't get much better. I will definitely be back to do more laps on this.

Very nice but really struggled with this, felt on par with 17 cracks in the Bluies. Was cruxing out on hand jams until Claire reminded me that foot jams exist too (duh).

Had a go on this but couldn't bring myself to do the crux. Was very commiting and seemed much harder than 15. Rob tried the moves and found himself unable to back track so topped out, said it felt about 18. Seemed like a clean fall from the crux but definitely not the corner

Super fun! The grade is accurate if you do a second hand traverse out right after the first set of jugs. When above ledges a fall could be catastrophic.

Has an easy variant which is true to the grade but with bad fall potential, and a harder variant that is extremely exposed but should be safe to fall from. Got locked in by a heel hook and had to go for it, cutting loose on the next move was scary and fun

Pretty epic, the lowest traverse variation is on a very juggy rail but is above a submerged rock and avoids the arete move (topo). Crux sequence around the arete is incredible but possibly slightly harder than a 15 (photo)
