Ascents in The Cathedral as Hang dog

Got dark when I got to the top, I'll go back and send in the light next time. Start sequence is more powerful with limited feet but decent holds. Top sequence is 3 clips of thin delicate slab. Once you find the crimps it's doable, but can be a little hard to find since it seems this climb had been less popular lately and no noticeable chalk marks.

Scary but rewarding climb that I enjoyed. Definitely not even close to 16 though... Not sure what happened there.

Not sure about the beta anymore. Felt hard to pull on the small edges, not the driest day

Back on the horse. I would be honoured for this to be my first 25. All moves go, and honestly was pretty stoked to link to the penultimate bolt. The next lil sequence is wild, and there is one move that surely is not the beta but it just might work?

hard onsight so i ticked the heck out of it. also vvv sandy - this climb needs a lil more love

first attempt saw me to the top, so gave it another burn to see if i could pull off something incredible. i could not. but stoked to link to and clip the last bolt. the next sequence is sick af but oh so hard by that point. excited to show mr buns this one. and omg this is a way better greenpoint than hercules - bomb nasty gear the whole way!

tried the direct - yet another day being mystified but cruxes of the cathedral. clean once i swallow my pride and stepped into the crack. will come back for the 22 version

I mainly climbed fisticuffs once I could reach the crack. Those jams are too tempting

Took my first Trad whip in a long time from a foot slip on the layback up the top. Blaming new shoes. Had a light bounce of the ledge below. Thrilling. Great climb. #7 is good for top

Tried to stay on the face too long. When I got back to ground my boots were full of leeches. Such is life

easily the biggest whip i have ever taken. perhaps my first true 'fat winger'©. punted from the chains onto a TEARRIBLE .75 totem that ripped. guess the only way to truly know if your piece is bad is to fall on it. yep. it was bad. If the route is 15m, I fell at least 10 of that. terrifying. caught by a delightfully small 5kn peenut tho! felt a fair bit pumpier on gear ugh

tried the 23 no bridge version - felt hard! this thing is pretty on the whole way! will try to snag the bridging version first i suppose!

A fine slab route

if a horror movie was a climb - just as you think its about to get better, it gets worse. my proudest hangdog

fell near the start and grabbed the ?third draw to clip but was honestly very happy to even get to that point. Then sprinted away from the fat leeches.

I needed to skip a section that had mandatory hand jams that I could not figure out Flailing!

Top rope feeling the moves. Hard, but keen to try again having watched youtube vid now.

always avoided this one coz I heard it was reachy, but can actually do everything. Will just be very pumpy to link.

the slab to get to the slopy ledge is utterly desperate for me. fell a few times and finally pulled on the draw. I guess I suck at slab-ish layback climbing on micro crimps
