THIS IS ONE OF YINGXI’S BEST ROUTES AT ANY GRADE. An endurance test piece with left-right movement between overhanging tufas. The crux is at 20 meters and it requires intricate technical movement and strength. Once you have it dialed, it’s not over yet, as you won’t be able to rest till the top. The length of the route and the distance between the QuickDraws make for a spicy ride. To me it feels like a huge sandbag. The solution I found for the crux is harder than any 5.11s I climbed in yingxi, and to red point it you need more endurance than is required for NiuZa (5.12A). As of august first 2023, no one climbed this route. Waiting for people to go try it and give their opinion on the grade. For now, I’ll log it as 11C. It might be harder or it might be that there’s totally different beta for the crux. Once you get to the crag, The routes are numbered from right to left. For climbing Qingyuan marathon you need to walk all the way towards the left. The route starts at the bottom of a tree. You’ll need a 80meters rope. There’s an anchor around 38 meters which must be used for reaching the ground #sandbagged

The absolute classic 5.12 route at Big Temple Crag. Long and sustained, loads of exposure, and comfortable on the skin. Took me a bit of work to send on account of my inability to find the good rest.

Redpoint on July2022.Nice classic route.with big jug of 12a.when you try it you feel ur back stretching.i love this route so much. Find ur good way to rest on the wall.at least 5 u could relax ur arms and breath! GO for it .super great 12a

前半段小仰角大手点，横切翻过屋檐后变成手点较小的平衡线，是整体动作丰富难度均衡的一条线路，爬起来很舒服，特别推荐。而且线路上手点脚点的选择很多，不会有特别吃身高的动作——除了起步第一把快挂之外。

It’s definitely one of my favorite routes I’ve tried so far, beautiful aesthetically from the outside view and feelings once you climb it. It’s long, it’s different, it’s soft on your skin, it’s really calling you to climb it again and again. True piece of art and a true pleasure

A proud line starting high off the ground atop a huge boulder, ascending an exceptionally high quality yellow limestone face. Subjectively, this route presented the hardest sustained sequence that I have climbed to date. No individual move is nails hard, nor harder than other crux moves I have climbed around this grade; brutality lies in the sheer intensity of linking everything. I repeatedly climbed clean as far as the final, cranking balance move of my beta - only to peel off, again and again. A last minute beta change sealed the deal, and closed this mentally intense project.

Aesthetic endurance line that mixes a bouldery start, an overhanging first section that traverses a huge portion of the wall, after which you need to exit the main roof, and deal with the crux of the route. Five stars for me

Varied and quite long, with several rests. I barely pulled off an onsight while hanging my draws, deeply fatigued on my fifth consecutive day of climbing.
