Ascents in New Territories having Beta

First of all, the APPROACH .the approach to the crag is difficult , scratchy hikes or dangerous scramble climbs ,with volleyball size loss rocks, and easy to get loss since you can see any path. (Went in hide tide, might differ when low tide)(couldn't find the top approach to the crag. )

The crag is full of loss rocks.

There is one single bolt on top of this route ,should be the same anchor as route 4, The single bolt condition is not ideal, (is twisted, bent and slight rust) , however suggest top out to the right hand side and walk down.

Saw a lot bailout rappel slings on the way to the crag.Also saw a abandon cam on route 2 .

THE CLIMB is absolutely amazing, great ~34m climb. Remote, expose, imagine climbing in Jurassic world. Unforgettable experience.

Can be climbed in 2 or 3 pitches.

Climbed on trad and protected the middle part with a pecker (too small for nuts). Short, bold and technical slab for its grade. Probably would deck if fall at half height before the fine crack on the left widens enough to take small nuts. It should be a trad route but seems to be retro-bolted.

Best E1 in Hong Kong. Bomber hand crack up an overhanging corner.

A great line and not an easy tick.

Views are stellar

Fantastic weaving movement. However, there is still a lot of loose, friable rock which made it less enjoyable.

Summer slab FA. 35 degrees. Rain. Broken hold. Blood. Everything

Main line of the crag.

Got it down to one fall on a warm day in the sun. Probably 7c+.

Exposed top out. Probably the best problem in the area.

Yay, first boulder problem in HK . I was slightly scared to top out even on this low boulder. Haven't touched granite for a while. That stuff is like coarse sand paper
