Got onto it day -2 of lockdown in the horizontal rain. Was good to get back to it and get to the top:D Epic boulder problem. Radical sitstarts might make it solid:')

My heel hook beta combined with Steve's tall person beta, this is not much harder than Salami. Ossem moves though.

Popped off on the second move. Decided to just go up and get the draws on. But then I sent it instead Very cool, beta intensive, little climb.

Lurchin' Urchin with a sit start. You ask: "Why?", I say: "I don't know... It's all about the grade" ;-)

Feels quite a bit easier than talamasca

Found some cool beta for the top involving a small side pull crimp and a high heel

The most beautiful day and perfect conditions at the crag 🤩 Cool crew! This must be the best route I’ve climbed at Trappieskop so far 😍

Felt hard! Great route though, big moves on decent holds.

The campus start, burl fest, schlauk and lack of feet made me work really hard for this route. So much screaming to clip the second draw and then screamed some more because my forearms were in so much pain already 😅 I can’t believe how much I enjoyed the process AND glad it’s over now. Need alert belayer to work together with climber (NB!)

Good route. Techy crux move and an amazing shallow pocket to put that 3-finger drag into practice.

Dang it is tough to rate this route! Per meter and per move you have a hell of a lot of fun and it's one of the best routes out there. It's just not long enough to be called "epic".

There is a crux that has all the hallmarks of a classic crux - a section that catches your eye from the ground, one that draws the climber inevitably into it, a section with distinct holds that requires unlocking exactly the right sequence, just to make it through by the skin of your teeth! So I am quite torn on the rating of this one! Either way super stoked on my send and it's probably in my top 20 routes atm. Will have a video to add at some point.

One downside for me is that the start is a bit confusing, there are 3 ways to do it. Beta warning : If you deadpoint/hop to the first jug you can skip a hard move and I think the route then becomes 21. If you start super low (matched on the big edge) the first move is much harder. Between these there is the intermediate option to start with hand jam for the left hand, which I did.

Averaging across these I feel that 22 is the correct grade although it's on the softer side, again, especially if you hack the start, which is easier if tall. The grade must also be taken into consideration with the fact that the rest of the crag is a little sandbagged by today's standards.

Short, pumpy, boulder-problem type route. Nicely bolted. Kneebar at the top helped me clip the chains 😊

Definitely harder than 19. Ended up just awkwardly throwing for the good holds above the lip since I couldn't find a nicer sequence
