Lovely crack climbing up the obvious (and very polished) corner.

Classy climbing that tests the rope work.

Put up pre 1900. Straight up the crack, move right to grab the strange protruberance and up again. Becoming more and more polished.

Jam up the stunning crack - steep strenuous and well protected.

This segment features the primary and most favoured route. Ascend the crevices and straightforward upper section, concluding by scaling the gully overhead.

Second from the right, following a brilliant lay back crack to the top with fun moves all the way.

The first of two well-protected, classic corner-lines. A good introduction to the area. Start at the bottomless corner that forms the left hand side of the sheer wall, left of ‘The Bad Step’.

Up off-width crack, interesting in the middle. Take your big cams!

Two pitches both around 25m up to the Great Ledge. The original top pitch is no longer available due to access considerations.

The first pitch is a 4b due to a difficult (for the grade) overhang but well protected by a peg.

The second pitch is a 4a, but has a bold section above 2 pegs for around 6m that is only protected by micro-wires.

Tree belay, and abseil station to the right on the Great Ledge - a pair of 50m ropes just reach the ground.

Mega classic. A good test for your route reading skills. Quite serious for it's grade

Put up circa 1900! Climb the overhanging V corner directly to the cave. Chimney up from there with increasing exposure to exit outwards on good holds. A vintage classic, as the guide book says.

Right-angled corner crack. Very short

This route is a miniature classic. It involves steeply ascending over the bulge, which is significantly more technical than it may initially appear.

A PERFECT BEGINNERS CLIMB

A well-known corner-crack that demands adept jamming and bridging techniques.

The slim chimney is straightforward if dry and you possess the right skills for it.
