Oblivious doesn’t really differ much from this.

I’m not a great fan of this route

Felt as nice as the first time. I think the low sentry box size suits me for a change

Supporting Daves desire to redo some old classics

Now that I can jam this route is great, I prefer it to Eternity

Pretty dirty after fires and floods but nice climbing

Rpt no fall day. Was planning to head to sharon stone, but an emergency call from the caravan park regarding the wind and our annexe meant we never got beyond the warm ups

Alt with Dave. Off before midday. Some nice sections of climbing.

Didn’t really like the start. Couldn’t reach the hold on roof with feet on, got a hole in finger from intermediate crimp, and toe hook combo to do it after about 10 failed goes direct. The slab was nice enough. It suddenly got slippery, had a sit down rest to the right.

Good climbing, but again dirt factor and rock quality a bit off putting. There’s a fresh sling around abseil tree

Quite nice, except for the traverse.

Hard start if you can’t reach the jug left of crack. Wasn’t too dirty or slimy at all. A bit discontinuous, lots of good rests. Dave did it with a double rack. Had some issue removing #3s

Tried to lead, starting crack great, wobbled across traverse, got to third bolt and it is desperate to clip esp when dirty. Took a sideways fall of about 3 m, sprained ankle, cursed carrots, and stupid bolt placement, dave led with some jiggery pokery, managed to second clean ( with more excitement and ankle pain). First pitch only, that was enough!

Quite fun, stupid bold bolting, especially when dirty and all the feet roll on grit. Otherwise reminiscent of peroxide blonde, but steeper at the start. Delicate good moves. Fun to top rope.

Not acclimatised to sudden cool weather with wind chill +++ Froze my butt and fingers off and failed getting to 4 th bolt several times due to numb digits.Dave battled his way up and aftersticking fingers in armpits I managed to get through crux and on to top which by then was in sun

Rpt, impressed I insisted this, as the wide bit is tricky, rattly fists.

Rpt, nice crack, a bit troublesome to traverse to anchors, deserves its own and a bit of a hammer near top

Quite hard at the start , nice to climb without sticking gear behind the flake

Nice climb, despite the cold. Did quite a bit of gardening

About a year ago, did after doing LNG

Seconding Neil. He had headed into the 22 to the left by mistake but fortunately I didn't have to do the reachy move, just traverse out and retrieve the bolt plate and draw

Yep, needs some anchor attention, better than the rock quality suggests

Surprised to see this as 25 as I did it second go. 2 boulder problems that were tricky. Maybe I am climbing ok.worthy of 2 new bolts to replace rusty carrots
