Holy moly. No idea what to do in the middle section. Danny was a magician.

Tried to go ground up but got completely shut down by the high step/rock over move at the crux. Aided through and had a few goes on top rope, but still couldn't manage it. Doable by reaching out left into Roxanne, but that seems like cheating.

Played around on top rope. Nails hard foot swap/body tension thing.

So hard. The moves seem fairly obvious, but I couldn't do them.

Unsend. Turns out that a month of climbing big walls followed by six weeks of sitting on your arse eating custard is not a good way to maintain finger strength.

Big fun moves between big fun jugs, but I was cactus at the end of the day. Couldn't find a good position to clip the third bolt so jumped off from there.

Take 2. Got as far as the moves pulling over the roof at the end of the traverse this time.

Still hard.

Had a play on top rope. Need a lot more finger strngth to make it any sort of realistic proposition.

Fell at the start, skinned my hand. Very salty, greasy conditions. Seems doable but I'll have to come back another day.

A couple of burns with Nate. Worked out a better sequence, but the toe hooks were upsetting the flakey hip flexor.

Climbed to fouth bolt but couldn't make the clip. Took a couple of slightly awkward falls from there and ended up with sore ribs from my harness. The climbing felt ok though, just need to work out that clip.

Harder (and sharper and more painful) than in looks. Might be easier than 25, but it hurts at least that much.

With Dave. We figured out the first boulder problem at the second bolt (weird compression move on very thin crimp sidepulls - ouchies), but were stumped by the next section trying to get into the crack.Not very inspiring. Don't know if I'll be back for this one any time soon.

Bad choice for a warmup. Just like everything else here, the holds are all invisible sidepull things. Got to the third or fourth bolt and couldn't find a way past it. Mike figured it out. Next time.

Had a play on top rope after Isaac cruised the lead. I can see how it goes, but the shoulder didn't like the gaston at the crux.

Took turns to work it with Dave and Phil. None of us could find a solution to the last section above the third bolt. Way harder than it looks from the ground.

1 st pitch only. Started on lead but couldn't figure out the devious crux move. Brendan worked it out and finished to the halfway anchors Flailed my way up it on top rope afterwards. Awesome pitch with great, thought provoking movement the whole way

Gravity feels very strong today after three weeks off climbing.

Tried it because we had the rope there. Really nice moves up to an impossible finish.

Couldn't even make it past the first hard move today. . .

Took a reasonably big fall from just below the third bolt when I came off one of the crappy small pocket things. Came in a bit hard on my right ankle and decided to call it a day.

Had a crack on Tom's draws. Grabbed the second one to clip, but I think I have it sussed. I really suck at steep stuff, but this feels like a much more reasonable proposition now than the first time I tried it ages ago. Hopefully I'll get it next time I'm up there.

Tried the move from the slopey crimp in the mini horizontal break up to the next flake multiple times. Eventually gave up when the blood blister on my finger exploded. Worth coming back for though.

Had a go after Nathan realised that he'd brought the wrong size cam and bailed from the third bolt. It didn't go well at all. Feeling lousy and getting super pumped on everything.

With Andrew and Pete. Couldn't do the move above the third bolt.
