Dive into the pod, then escape up and left through the splitter crack that widens from #1 to #4. Follow it to its end, plug some more pro, then head up through the flakes to join the anchor on Salt and Pepper from the left.
Some alpine draws and a single rack to 4 inches will get the job done. Very much a modern 10a.
