Super classy hardish move at second bolt. Crux is the whole traverse, but especially going RH to glued on crimp rail thingy and then matching it (and then clipping somehow? lol). Another heartbreaker move right before the cave under the anchor. So much harder than it looks from the ground. My brain will never learn that big chalk =/= big hold.

Warm up on this felt terrible, super spoogey on all holds and did all moves but didn't clip all draws felt like a big regression. Second go somehow linked from the start of the traverse to the jug rest and worked out better beta to the top, feeling somewhat possible now. Still hard

Humbling sit at the crux, despite beta and draws on. 2*?stainless clip and go biners on non-stainless mallions on the anchor bolts - suspect these are the famed "cast" stainless carabiners with a history of cracking ? Couldn't see any obvious cracks today. [Per Mikls old post - "cast biners held between 160- 2000kg"]

First fiddle on this thing, it felt super hard for the grade - but everything went together nicely on a 2nd lap. Had a redpoint burn to end the day - through first crux to rest nicely, then gassed out before the crux because I got my feet all mixed up. Another session or two should do the trick
