The most popular areas are Yangshuo in Guangxi Province and Getu in Guizhou but lately Yunnan province is being fastly developed thanks to the unique landmark of Liming, a trad and now also a sport climbing paradise, and Shigu for sport climbing, may soon become one of the top destination for rock climbing in China. 岩场位于安徽萧县天门寺景区大门南一里处，合徐高速萧县朱圩子出口，手机导航“天门寺”可至。天门寺门口前一条土路往南，第一个路口左拐往西南，直到没有路，可以停车。沿房子右侧小路上山，停车处至岩场步行十分钟。

高铁：离徐州东站约1小时车程。 离萧县北站和淮北北站约40分钟车程。

位于安徽宣城泾县城郊，205国道旁200米处距离京福高铁泾县站8公里。交通方便，车辆可直达岩壁底部。周边有农家乐可提供住宿餐饮。岩壁总体宽度约100米，高度30米左右；现已开发30余条线路。线路指力风格为主，最好携带挂线器。因为线路很密集，很多线路从旁边绕过难点会大大降低难度。3月4月油菜花开很漂亮，不过游客也很多。

岩壁面积巨大、攀登种类多样、出行方便、食宿优良，风景绮丽。

白河的岩场分布在北京密云区石城镇，目前岩场有大大小小二十个左右，各类攀登线路1000余条。上世纪80年代，中国登山队曾在白河附近的云蒙山一代进行攀岩等技术训练。2000年前后，北京岩友开始来到白河，开始大规模攀岩活动。目前由白河攀岩基金提供白河区域岩场开发和维护的耗材。

岩场的线路风格以slab为主。运动攀、传统攀、机械攀登、混合攀登、干攀、攀冰线路数不胜数。大岩壁结组资源丰富。还有极大的开发潜力。

access issues

政府为保护水源，自2019年3月起关闭了部分河道两侧岩场，前往攀岩请提前咨询北京岩友或农家院。

每年的11月至来年5月为防火季，为防止火灾，除景区内的岩场外都有工作人员看守，禁止进入。

北京市到白河的岩场大约100多公里。

2. 自驾：走京承高速大约2个小时；

3. 公交车：大约大概2.5个小时。从东直门乘坐980快/望京西乘坐970快到密云鼓楼公交站，在此换乘密63路公交车到下张家坟村/打车至下张家坟村。出发前请查好发车时间；

4. 火车：北京北站有到达密云黑山寺站的小火车，到黑山寺火车站后可联系当地农家院来接，农家院接车单程大约80人民币。也可从黑山寺火车站步行3.5公里到尖岩村公交站换成密63路去下张家坟村。

5. 高铁：北京朝阳站有到达密云站的高铁，全程仅需30分钟。到达密云站后可约车/公交前往下张家坟村。

6. 密云出行公众号约车：微信搜索“密云出行”可以约当地私家车出发密云，一人20左右。

7. 搭车：北京岩友热情好客，出发之前可尝试联系一下北京有车的岩友，搭车出行更方便。

白河攀岩准则

——何川

• 安全

不是每一个挂片都值得信任，有备份是基本原则，尤其是攀爬非热门线路检查挂片是否牢靠是好习惯。找搭档和沟通很重要，除了质疑线路的稳定性，戴头盔很必要。

• 原住民

>分布式的岩场规划是被动选择；尊重当地人，给他们带来收益（住宿，吃饭等）则是主动选择，让他们理解攀岩并从中获益。

• 环境

攀岩群体相对出现频率高、活动地点固定，攀岩者除了自己遵守LNT原则，也需要去积极影响共处一方的所有人。

• 低冲击

在攀岩社区，低冲击原则比LNT更准确深入。撇开时代局限及个人因素，白河攀岩社区已明确达成共识：“不制造人工点，裂缝不打钉，不随意改变已有线路，尽可能保留岩壁自然形态。”

• 线路开发

白河是属于攀登者的，无论个人或者是群体，欢迎开发线路，但开线前请与熟悉白河的人沟通并了解岩壁，开线务必一看，二慢，再动手，每一个操作都要慎重。

• 自由快乐

希望每一位攀登者在白河体验到自由与快乐，想怎么爬就怎么爬，玩的开心。

一渡属于河北保定境内，岩壁的开发历史很长，最早由张晓柳、陈晖等人开线。后经过凯乐石寻岩中国大规模开发，以及后期零散的开线，现有线路70余条。四渡岩场在一个运动公园内，是北京综合环境最好的攀岩场地之一，只是门票比较贵。

2016年5⽉由凯乐⽯寻岩中国团队⾸次开发，⽯灰岩质，单体岩壁质量超赞，在国内可 媲美阳朔⽩⼭。岩壁⾼约80⽶，⽬前⼏乎只开发了下⾯30⽶，分5个岩区（⼤保健、⼟ 匪洞、冰⽕、⻜拉达、⼉童乐园），现有线路51条，难度5.7~5.13不等。⻄向岩壁， 中午12点以后⼏乎晒不到太阳，最热的季节也可以攀爬，在冬季，上午阳光正好照射在 岩壁上，也不会觉得很冷。

⽔江镇有⼩超市可以补给⽔和路粮，必须买买买的是：驱蚊⽔和蚊⾹！驱蚊⽔和蚊⾹！ 驱蚊⽔和蚊⾹！关于吃饭，不管吃什么，切记！切记！切记！⼀定要跟餐馆⽼板说：少放盐！少放盐！ 少放盐！ 最值得推荐的是烧鸡公，早餐推荐重庆⼩⾯，感谢孙旭让我们对⽔江的餐饮尚存⼀丝挂 念！

YingXi area of QingYuan County, Guangdong is a climbing area mostly developed from 2005 to 2008. The rock is typical tropical limestone, dark and quite sharp where exposed to rainfall, lighter, smoother and providing great climbing where sheltered from the elements. The area has beautiful countryside providing a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere for climbing. Development is ongoing. Do not confuse Kowloon in QingYuan County with Kowloon in Hong Kong.

公共交通前往方式：

1. 从广州罗冲围客运站有直达明迳村的大巴，目前只有10：40和16：30两班大巴；

2. 也可以通过高铁/大巴先前往清远北站（清新北站），有全天多趟发往明迳的大巴，时间更为灵活。

where to stay

The closest place to stay to most of the climbing areas is the town of Mingjing/明迳 also called Huang Hua/Wohng Fa/黄花. It has two or three small hotels, a supermarket, shops and some restaurants and the Mental Rock Climbing cafe (with a bouldering wall). The other place to stay is Jiu Long/Kowloon/九龙, which is slightly bigger and better provisioned than Wohng Fa but is further from the climbing. Kowloon has two or three small hotels, some restaurants, a supermarket, a wet market and small shops. Both of these are basic rural towns with little tourism infrastructure. However, some mainland group tours come to the area to visit hot springs and take in the scenery. Tourism is growing and the facilities improve every year.

Please tell the taxi driver to go to: Dragon Cave Park Bus Stop（打车定位: “龙眼洞森林公园-公交站路西”), the south gate of the Dragon Cave Park is right next to the bus stop. You may get there within 30 minutes from most of the place with Guangzhou City. Past through the magnificent south gate with stone dragon relief, turn left, follow the concrete road up the mountain walking about 20 minutes (穿过石龙浮雕的南门左转，沿水泥路上山20分钟) , and turn left when you see a sign of walking track(到健身径标志左转), go up with the walking track and you will see the bloc with a 5 minutes’ walk (健身径步行5分钟即可看见岩石). You may also reach the above mentioned bus top by 20 minutes’ walk from MTR “Botanical Garden” Station Exit D (也可从广州地铁-植物园站D出口步行20分钟到达龙眼洞森林公园公交站).

where to stay

The area is right in the middle of Guangzhou City, where you can easily find a hotel. Please come with your belayer. Usually you need two bouldering pads for bouldering here. You will need to be very careful if you use only one pad to avoid any injury. You can also rent bounding pad in Guangzhou from Xianyu APP. 请与你的保护员一起来。在本岩场你通常需要两张抱石垫。如果你只用一张抱石垫你需要非常小心避免崴脚。你也可以从某小黄鱼APP搜索“广州抱石垫出租”租到抱石垫。

Start handholds and end of the route are mark with the route number inside a ○ (ie. two “①” means the two start handholds for route #1). If there’s only one start handhold sign, you should start with matched hands. We do not specify start footholds but should not use the floor/pad as start footholds. 我们以标注线路号码的圆圈来标注起步手点及线路结束方向，如果只有一个起步手点标志则您应该并手起步。没有规定起步脚点，但您不应该使用地面/垫子作为起步脚点。 For "Sit down start". The area is a major tourist destination and has become famous around the world with climbers because of its limestone Karst formations. WHEN TO CLIMB: The prime climbing season is mid-October through mid-March when the chances of dry weather and good temps is the best. Sometimes the climbing season will start a little early, end of September, or run long way into January. The weather in South China changes yearly...and so the above seasons are a historical average.

HOW TO GET THERE: The best way to reach Yangshuo is to fly internationally to a major Chinese city. Guangzhou is the closest. Then fly domestically into Guilin. From the airport, catch a shuttle bus or taxi to yangshuo.

Alternatively, you can get a high speed train. Price is similar to airfare but convenience and comfort may be worth it. Your destination will either be Yangshuo or Guilin. From guilin, you will need to take a bus to yangshuo. Purchase train tickets from www.ctrip.com before you arrive in china.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION: The best way to reach the crag is either by scooter or ebike. If you're fit enough and love cycling, a push bike is good. 95% of crags are within 15km of town center.

Keep in mind that an ebike is much cheaper (25/30RMB a day) and lighter than a scooter (70RMB+ a day), but it cannot go as far nor as fast. It is highly recommended to purchase the Digital Guide from Rakkup with a GPS navigation system.

ADVICE AND TIPS: WeChat is king in China, download it before you arrive.

Ideally, it is best to network with local climbers or those who know the way to the crag. The best way to navigate is by using Rakkup's digital guide and the GPS navigation system.

Most local villagers welcome climbing and do not present any problems. However, certain crags have had historical issues. If there is signage at any crag asking for small donations (1-5rmb for vehicle parking), please be willing to pay. This money goes directly to the local villager whose land we are using and supports the local associations' agreement with the villagers. The money is minimal and the result has been very beneficial to resolving any issues. Thank You.

where to stay

There are many hostels to stay at in Yangshuo. Don't be afraid to find a quick place for a few days, meet some others climbers, then switch to a more suitable location.

There are places downtown near food and bars, there are quiet places in the countryside. There are places on the edge of town, places with kitchenettes, and places that include food or homestay. its all possible in yangshuo including longterm (3 month) rental.

A basic dorm room hostel can be found for about 50rmb a night. A month long simple room hotel can be about 600rmb/month. If you want a kitchenette or an apartment...you'll pay more, but no more than 1200rmb/month.

From 2014 thru 2016 the information was verified/adjusted by means of first-hand interviews of the historical developers (FA person/dates, route names, etc). 郭亮位于河南省辉县西北60公里的太行深处，万仙山风景区内，气温比山外低4~6度，春秋是最好的攀岩季节；夏季虽然是避暑的好去处，但雷雨较多。

郭亮的岩壁很特别，不像阳朔或其它地方所见的石灰岩喀斯特地貌，是暗红色的石英砂岩；质地坚硬，摩擦力比普通石灰岩大一倍，就像砂纸，即使不使用镁粉，也能牢牢抓住那些小到平时抓不住的岩点。在郭亮不但有运动攀岩线路，还可以体验到传统攀登的魅力，岩壁上裂开的无数条长相各异的裂缝，为传统攀登提供了放置机械塞、岩塞作为保护点的位置。

郭亮目前已开发的攀岩线路近300条，难度5.5~5.13，其中5.9~5.11的线路占大多数，高难度线路还有待开发。这里的线路风格也是非常独特，岩壁基本是90°垂直，没有仰角，有些甚至是负角度，非常考验平衡能力。郭亮万仙山是中国第一个国家级攀岩公园。

张家界为中亚热带山原型季风湿润气候，冬无严寒，夏无酷暑， 年平均气温 16.8 摄氏度。 夏季气温略高，雨水也甚多，此时可在洞内或大仰角岩壁下 攀爬。槟榔谷内岩壁上下午轮流背阴，因此在天热时总能找 到阴凉的岩壁。 一年中较不适合攀爬的月份为最冷的 1 月和 2 月，虽气温不 算低（最低 2 度），但湿度大，体感略冷。最保险的选择为 春秋两季，也是此地风景最佳时。

如何到达：

槟榔谷位于张家界市罗塔坪乡，距离市区 55 km，距长沙 360 km。

最便捷的方式是乘坐飞机到张家界市，从机场打车到大庸桥西站（张家界汽车西站），15 分钟左右。在此有两个选择，可以乘坐到青安坪乡的班车（每天两班，分别为 8:30 和 14:30 ）直接在槟榔谷攀岩基地下车；也可乘坐到罗塔坪乡的班车（每天两班，分别为 9:30 和 11:30 ），在有槟榔谷标示牌处下车，此地距攀岩基地 5 KM,可联系槟榔哥来接，或搭顺风车前往，耗时约 2 小时。（信息由 222 收集）

食宿：

住宿以农家乐为主，有槟榔哥和槟榔嫂经营的槟榔谷攀岩基地，附近也有其他类似农家乐可选。每晚 30-50 元／每人，取决于几人间。

当地没有餐馆，槟榔谷攀岩基地供应早中晚餐，早餐 10 元／人，正餐 30-40 ／人。

1. 请不要在这片岩区的任何位置打挂片，也根本就没这个必要。让这片岩区保持最原始的状态，不受电钻、手钻的侵扰。别让挂片去强奸其他不攀岩人的眼睛。恳请大家共同维护这片传统攀的理想国，用原始的技术去解决攀岩中遇到的问题。

2. 岩壁顶端有很多大石头，很好做保护站，但需要长绳子（建议用主绳，辅绳不耐磨），把保护站延伸到岩壁下方，爬顶绳就不会磨绳。

3. 建议的攀爬方式：

   • 一人领攀到顶，用攀爬主绳做保护站，保护跟攀者到顶，两人从顶上走下来。适合两人小队伍。

   • 一人领攀到顶，用领攀的绳子做大保护站，再用塞子做保护站，两个保护站联合（建议用塞子做的保护站受力，这样减轻做保护站绳子的磨损）。拖拽另一条绳子上来，作为爬顶绳用的绳子。适合大队伍。

   • 绕到岩壁顶端设置保护站，设置保护站的方式同b。从线路下降，或者走下去。适合不具备先锋能力的队伍，或者不想爬先锋的人。

4. 在顶上做保护站的时候请做好风险管理。顶上比较平坦，感知风险很低，绝对风险很高。

5. 岩壁目前的浮石清理力度不如其他运动攀场地，保护、攀爬请佩戴好头盔，攀爬请谨慎选择手点、脚点。

6. 岩壁周围有很多“荨麻”，皮肤直接接触会引起皮肤疼痛、发麻，起泡，甚至严重过敏。

7. 请注意和游客之间的关系协调，避免冲突。礼貌、客气、耐心的同游人讲解不戴头盔的情况下不要到岩壁根部去，尤其在上方有人攀爬的时候。

8. 善意、礼貌、客气、耐心的提醒岩壁顶上的游人不要触碰已经设置好的保护站。也提醒自己随时到岩壁顶去检查保护站状况，以免游人出于好奇误碰。

9. 请带走自己的垃圾以及游人留下的垃圾，让这个地方持续洁净。

Most of the routes are short, ranging from 8 to around 15 meters. Some of the sport climbs also take gear. And new lines are being added every month?

Potential for more development on the two kilometers long valley. Also a few boulder problems have been opened but not documented yet.

Drive to Gudian village (古店乡). Next to the rural cooperative credit bank, you will see a small road under an arch. Follow that road in the direction of Zhonggu village (钟鼓乡). Cross that small village and keep following the road until you see a red brick house. Park on the parking lot on the opposite side of the road. Local people will charge you 10RMB for the parking.

From there, it's a short approach walk to the two crags.

乘坐 14 路公交车到夺底乡派出所站，过一座混泥土桥右转，路的左边有一 条盘山土路可以到达岩壁，也可以从过桥左边土坡上的牦牛道上山到达岩壁。 自架车可以导航普布觉日追，沿盘山土路直接到达岩壁。

history

岩场历经十多年大部分线路顶链和挂片均有不同程度锈蚀，存在安全隐 患。2017 年由拉萨攀岩基金发起，凯乐石赞助顶链和挂片，攀岩月历赞助挂 片，拉萨岩友赞助资金，于 2018 年 10 月对夺底岩场进行了大规模的维护，更 换了大部分线路的顶链及锈蚀的挂片，对部分存在危险的线路加装了保护挂片 点（主要是起步较难，第一个挂片很高，坠落会受伤或致死的），开发了一些 新线路。现在共有运动攀路线 38 条（不含结组路线），部分线路（主岩壁 1- 3#）未进行更换维护，部分线路（独立石、无名岩壁）未完成开发，请广大岩 友仔细阅读路书，注意安全！
