My stoke meter was going off the scale on the second pitch. A unique line dissecting the arete with a series of thin flakes scoops and cracks. This geomorphological masterpiece deserves its place the blue mountains trad renaissance gallery. Climbs comfortably on a double rack, the position and the line are excellent and the rap-in is quite well described. I’ve definitely climbed a few 20’s harder than this . Go do it!

A jaw dropping line. Some thratching at the start, steep rising corner crack, and a committing finish definitely classify this one as a big bag of sand . Very committing by nature, dirty with some loose sections, get your adventure pants on if you are getting on this. Definitely felt harder than 19
Climbed it as a single pitch from the ground to the lip of the roof. Exited to the right across the choss-loaded ledge to the coal-seam crack tree abseil. Truly a journey

Excellent route, a bit chossy at the start( I broke a footer after first few meters) but well protected. Pretty comfortably climbed on a standard rack. With some creative nut placements big cams are not necessary, extenders are a must. Did it as 2 pitches, belaying at the bolts. Both pitches felt of similar difficulty

Seconded pitch 1/2/5 clean and led the two long pitches. Really good quality climbing and some questionable rock on lower pitches. We only had 12 bolt plates and had to do so much back cleaning on long pitches it almost felt like I climbed the pitches twice. In the sun after 1pm . Hopefully it can get a face lift some time soon. Those carrots are not exactly confidence inspiring or calling for whips. Great half day out with great views and amazing exposure. Would recommend riding bikes in

A pant filling adventure. I hope you’ve been doing your Kegels if you are heading this way. Soggy dirty moss situation can be found on the first three pitches, with pretty good gear and solid rock. You’ll love this if you are into landscaping. This changes towards pitch 4 where the moss recedes giving way to choss. Belays are all safe thanks to some beefing up in recent years but don’t count to to place anything that would fill you with joy on the last two pitches. The turtle beach pitch is actually quite fun, I didn’t have to do any crawling and just traversed along the wall pretty comfortably after staring in the eye of the antique carrots bashed into splitting claysand. Bailed off the last pitch after wandering around for half and hour in the sea of brittle ironstone and no gear. Some jugging angels had mercy and dropped us the rope from the top. The last pitch is definitely a bold undertaking

Linked up from the big ledge to the bolt just under the roof, which I recommend doing as there is no other good spot to and not enough decent gear for building belay lower down. Made it for the best value pitch IMO. Nice and sustained with some interesting climbing and a bit of flaky choss at the start. Moving into the corner is heady, managed to protect the traverse with a shallow n5, even shittier n2 and some prayers. Bring tissues

Short lived balancy and technical difficulties protected by more steel than Mongolian warriors themselves. Otherwise good gear but you have to do moves in between. Might be easier than pitch 3 if you can feet. Chunky chains on the top out | 170m, 5 | ||||
Descent half day adventure. No jamming but some stemming and techy funk on pitch 3 and 5. There is still some loose rock on it so take care. The addition of bolts has probably comfortised the adventure levels. Definitely worth it given the proximity to the bakery and the number of sunnies and hats you can booty from the exit gully (crux imo)

Rapped in to check it out. Ended up pulling the rope and leading the crux pitch. Pinned off the first few moves on wet holds, them pulled on and lead all pitches to the top. Thanks Match for the endless psyche and great support. Will have to be back at some point to clean up the first pitch which doesn’t look exactly like a classic anyway.
The route gets the wow factor for the exposure and bommer gear but id think its definitely a bit easier than some other trad lines at the grade, with climbing being pretty straightforward . Definitely an impressive line and beautiful continuous feature are to merit the stars
