Very fun route. Did it last weekend climbing around the dyno, and today with the dyno. Broke 3 holds in the process but doesn't really change anything.

Bottom was sandy but the top is great!

Very nice. Fell going for that blind pocket up high on OS.

Cool. Fell off low, lowered and then got the OS experience on the tough finish!

Cool. The thin tufa at the bottom is the best. Foot slip cost me the OS.

Very nice. Thought I was trying la Montana, but had the line wrong. Super fun, even in this heat.

Awesome! The top half of this was the best bit of climbing I did in Chulilla I think. Just kept it together fighting the fatigue after a week of sickness...

Nice jams to a dyno. What's not to love!

Quite the footwork and technique testpiece. I struggled! Will cruised it . After falling off the first move once or twice, I had a really good go on the first burn falling at the last hard move (and putting a hole in my finger in the process). Was a struggle on the second go too! Awesome!

Whooop! So good!!! I had the best time trying this over the last 2 years. Yet another piece of incredible climbing at the best cliff around. This felt significantly harder than Tiger Cat to me and took me more than twice as many days. Tricky start. Decent. 2nd go.

Cool. Nice dyno move.

2nd shot. Cool cave. A bit like Coolum or Jailhouse but steeper with more weird stuff yourself into a cave stuff.

Nice one. Awesome pumpy sequence with pockets and crimps. Felt really hard to me. 20ish attempts over 6 days. Knee scum-rock-on beta worked eventually at the end. Possibly 31 if you don't have good hip flexibility for the heal at the end like me...

Pumpy when you don't find the rests... Fell off the crux on OS. Good, but not as good as the first half.

Nice crux sequence. Marred only by the spider crawling up my arm while I was doing it...

Harder than metamorphosis, and not as good. But the extension is awesome!! Psyched to put some time into it at some point in the future...

Classic pumper

Another one I'd tried years ago. Good despite the rock and massive rests.

Finally got around to doing this classic.

Long with lots of cool sections. Second go. Upper pinch/sloper boulder felt hard in less than optimal conditions. I'm sure there's some knees up there that I didn't find that would make it easier.

A few nice moves extending the crux of Spoonman. 2nd go.

Awesome! Cool techie sequence moving left with long moves. I didn't clip the carrot. I moved left at the top, rather than using the matchbox hold - felt like 29 this way. 2nd go. Thanks for the suggestions, development and beta Cal!

warm-up

Nice. Less steep than most other routes here - I enjoyed the "slab" particularly. Felt harder than Evil but I'm sure I had less than optimum beta. 6 tie-ins.

Awesome! Probably the favourite for the trip. Lots of cool compression and it stays interesting all the way to the top. 5th shot.

Nice! Pumpy last section that I fell off a few times on the first day - needed the fitness training!

Epic! Not sure how I managed to get up this second go given the flailfest on the first try where I didn't even make it to the anchor.

Cool. First try after working on Iron Chef the day before.

Very nice. Hard to read on OS, 2nd go with no rest. Felt like 26/27? But who knows. Very worthwhile.

A very cool boulder. Kind of like a moonboard problem. V10? Nails hard, I'm tempted to claim 31? Although its not my style. 30/31 perhaps. Very worthwhile either way.

Epic line! Mono was easier for me at the crux. Less sustained than Tiger Cat but plenty of fun moves (especially the bottom wall!)

Pretty awesome. One of the best routes I've done in the mountains I reckon. And that despite the traversing, constructed holds and multiple-ways-at-the-top-controversy (I took the "middle" way, with RH in the pocket, LH on the door knob and then RH to the chalked R rail - really liked this sequence!)
