Felt hard, especially with the necessary foot cut for me. Unique and subtle moves/holds.

Taking full points for this pain in the ass of a boulder problem. A true nemesis. One of the few times I wish I were a bit taller.

Felt very easy. The sickness is gone and I'm finally climbing well and now we leave.

Psyched! One of my favorite boulders. Felt like shit all day and then found my second wind! Too bad it didn't kick in until too late to help with my comp score. Nonetheless a great time today and ready for a week of real rock!

Really nice bit of climbing. No left hand crimps, which was important to me in these broken times. I just can't warrant giving myself 12 points for this one. 11 is even a bit of a stretch.

2nd Ascent. Thought it was going to be impossible for me until I found two perfect feet for the crux move. Tension! Really psyched on this one.

Took a few tries. Nice little roof line. Toes all the way!

First try today in the last light of the day. Great way to end a fun trip. No skin left. Harder than most I've done at this grade.

Couple tries. Really good, pure line of edges. Should have given a better flash go. Would have been a bit easier without a hole in my finger!

Consolation prize for the day. Supposed to rest, but then the wind came and I had to at least try to climb. The lower and more logical start to this problem will definitely be one of the best and hardest in the world. The Grounded Project!

So psyched on this place. Amazing bouldering, soo much potential. A bit warm and only one more day here.

With better foot beta, it could have been flashed. Amazing pinch!

Project out the Stanley Kubrick roof. Start on the right hand undercling and left hand three-finger notch. Climb STRAIGHT out. 20-30 ft. of immaculate roof climbing. More info on climbingbum. Video soon.

Holy epic. The longest I've spent on a boulder problem. Nearly did it on my first day in RMNP 5 years ago. The same day it was established. Probably fallen 100 times on the move to the pinch from the bottom. Heinous foot cut issue. Solved the problem by skipping the pinch and dynoing to the lip...

2nd day. 2nd Try. Short, stubby and probably 8A. If climbing doesn't get better than this I think I'm going to quit. To andre with love.

Low in the grade. Kinda pumpy, not that hard of moves. 4 or 5 goes. 30 min. Excellent Problem. The Norcal threepeat.

Been avoiding this one for years. Crozzly holds but the movement is really good. Proper sit start.

Couple tries after Scanner. Why not.

Stiff 8A+ for me. First day on it in 2 years. Props to Dave for being the first to take down this stunner. Swarm and BATD next.

Fun traverse. Climbed it 2x for training. Then tried to climb it reverse. No go.

Took about an hour or so. Flowy climbing to a 2 move crux. 2 day trip to Rocklands was great! Back in Cape Town, but psyched to return for more!
