Good rock, fun moves, beautiful position - what a great route! Most def a must do route in Freyr. Under the impression it might be a bit of a soft touch at 8a for those who are tall enough (me too) as almost all the harder sections involve reachy moves. #soft

Fighting up this crazy roof was like dancing amidst the clouds.❤️ Huge thanks to Hans, Dave, Linus and Tom whose beta inspired me a lot. Big shout-out to Kiki for the belay and the blitz morning visit. And credits to Benjamin Piraprez for opening Glucose in 1993.

The second 7c ★★★★★ + the final boulder of the 8a+ ★★★★★. Lovely combo! Very natural!

Topo 7c, lots of sand

To hot/sweaty yesterday. Finaly found a method that works. Which makes it a nice route. Something I'd never thought I'd say of a route in Bomal... 13 consecutive sidepulls on the upper pillar and skipping the last quickdraw

Cool - used to stand below this route in awe. Never thought (but always hoped) that I'd be able to climb it one day.

Top-roped the route straight after climbing La Sylvia. Did it the easy way i.e. first up then left. Couldn't do it the other way round (=hard!7c+). Not as good as La Sylvia. #soft

Hell of a fight with a weird route. Discontinuous and cruxy, but the setting and intricacy/weirdness of the moves make for a wonderfull experience. Consists of two parts basically, a technical 7b(+) and a bouldery ungradable (for me anyway) upper part. Cold conditions a must on the crux. 4,5 years of on and off effort. Solid 7c+ IMO. #hard

Had to try really hard to climb this route with small holds and difficult moves. Might be easier with strong fingers. Despite 1 chipped hold the moves are ace.

Tricky and very thin at the crux. 2nd try today and something like 10 tries in total. Not fit today so the nice/fun upper (easy) part felt utter desperate. Brilliant weather today!

Broke foothold/crux handhold after the crux on my second go. Route is a bit harder now (to onsight at least), but still 7c. De kleine kiezeltjes zijn niet meer. Niet getreurd, het gaat nog steeds (meerdere mogelijkheden). Had trouwens de meeste moeite met het onderste deel.

Last meters in the dark, groping for footholds. Very nice line on this special rock.

MY FIRST 7!!! Couldn't send in the first dedicated session, got it today on the FIRST try. Very proud of myself! I do think it's probably a soft 7A though.

Finally!

What a projie it's been.. The arch of doom. Betaintensive with no rests. I crossed the killer cow meadow quite some times, each time bringing new tricks that eventually made it smooth and cruxless. Thanks Linus and Dave! Thanks Kiki for belay!

Obvious and LOOOONG natural line that drips all winter but today it seeped no more, Freyr revealed bright long-forgotten colors and I brought out my subtlest of plainwall-heelhooks again. Somehow everyone seems to have their very own beta the whole way through to link the countless mystical sequences. So much climbing in one route, this is Freyr ❤️. After months of burning desire the flames couldn't go up much higher. Thanks Bram for belay and support. Thanks Hans and Linus for last days' hardmoving.

Yes! A good start of the season in Freyr. Good to be strong(er) at last. Cool route, one of the best of its grade in Freyr. Which is 7c for shure. ;-) . Voor de locals/Freyr-liefhebbers: je mag het vast niet hardop zeggen, maar sommige routes zijn echt iets moeilijker dan de graad die in het gidsje staat. In plaats van deze routes te upgraden worden de ‘makkelijkere’ van de graad gedowngradet... Secret naar 7b+ bijvoorbeeld!?! Hoe dan ook, Megaflops is een mooie route met een tricky eindpas waar

Fun route to access the upper part of TFFT. Lot easier than TFFT, probably not harder than 7b.

Leuke passen! Toffe route. Circa 7b voor voldoende lange mensen.

Hard one! No rest till the end/break. Not fit so had to fight hard to stick the crux. Harder then most other 7b(+) routes at the crag. Ex 7b, upgraded to 7b+. Nice route and good job Kees!

Mean but cool dülfer/mantle-crux to go into L2. 7b+ in topo. After a tropical and wet week we were given a short weather window on a drizzly summer evening. Thanks Kiki. 1d/2t

By far the hardest route I've ever done: took me some 15 all-out attempts on several visits. Typical Bomal style climbing, feels like climbing indoors - i.e. you need to be strong :-( . Doesn't suit me at all.
