To retreat you can either abseil all the way back down but with care because the route goes to the right after 2nd pitch.

The other way is to go left after last pitch until you find an abseil station marked with a white heart on the rock. You will need a 70m rope. After the abseil follow the cairns down and then to the right through more cairns until you get to the other side of the mountain where you will see a trail marked with more cairns and red spots where the trail becomes common with the Amptrax retreat route.

A long and intimidating line that goes up the brown wall on jugs to a steep finish. Pumpy!

A nice little expedition. The slightly overhanging crux in pitch 3 is well protected. Slab and vertical climbing everywhere else. The description in the Rockfax guide is confusing – Just follow the bolts.

There are new belays in P1 and P2, so that the route is possible with a 60m rope. There are bolts that continue above, but grading and extent is unknown.

Follows a crack up the wall. Dry in the rain.

Great consistent climbing. Perfect easy into to El Chorro multi pitch.

1. 5+, 20m. Climb to a belay ledge in an alcove.

2. 5+, 20m. Pull up into the cornerand follow it to a ledge.

Interesting and technical.

Wideish cracks to a roof and a short wall above.

long route. needs 60m rope. crux is reachy

Starts on the tufa section on the right side of the alcove. Fantastic climbing the whole way with no really hard moves just continuous varied classic climbing.

First pitch is a very nice and not too hard straight wall with decent holds. Slightly polished though. Second pitch blasts through the right side of the roof. Not polished.

Start up the slab but then climb right onto the hanging prickly wall. Steepens in the final section.

A challenging sequencey route. Some great pockets!

Straight up the curving corner. An lower off has been added at the 35m mark which can be shared by Frente popular de Judea. The full route continues another two bolts (~5m), to an anchor at a ledge, right of a tree.

First pitch of "Estrella polar".

Shares anchor with "El osito polar".

A 60m rope will get your climber from the top anchor to the middle one.

Climb two pitches of Nitti, then follow left line of bolts to the top. 6b, but hard for the grade.

Decent back down route via 2 x 50m ropes. It's possible to lower off a 80m rope.

2nd pitch of "Agip". Shares anchor with 2nd pitch of "Clint Eastwood".

Shares anchor with anchor of 1st pitch of "Bombay Sapphire".

7c to the first lower-off

Spicy but well protected multipitch. Features a short overhang, technical bits and a little traverse. Be careful not to dislodge any of the loose blocks in P3 – Popular routes below! Descent: From the top of P3, abseil about 15m to a belay next to a bush. 40m (or 2x20m) abseil from there. (Rockfax height info of 42m is wrong.)

Starts on the right side of the slab just left of the alcove.

5 QDs for P1, 15 QDs for P2. It is advised to skip some and extend many to avoid massive rope drag when climbing it all in one.

80m rope!

Long but the Rock is a bit rubbish in places.

A gymlike climb with a demanding finish on big holds. Good value for the grade. Consider using long QDs for the last two bolts.

Starts on the pillar right of the cave.

Climb above the first pitch of Poema de Roca L1.

Second pitch of either "Don Lucas" or "Mugl". Shares anchor with anchor of 2nd pitch of "Bombay Sapphire".
