How common is this in Switzerland.
It would be good to know if routes were written on the wall. Brendan Heywood have you come across this much in your travels.
I think this would be better as a structured tag. It is probably best set at the area level.

It really depends on the crag. But the popular crags typically have the names written on the wall.

Tag for route names on the wall
Hey, is there any common hashtag out there, if the route names are written to the wall? I think it would be quite useful to know this. Because if the names are written to the wall, a topo isn't that important.
