Hot hard climbing in the sun, I found the bottom half quite tough so i really earnt my roasted pine nut hummus, organic brown rice crackers, marinated green olives, wine infused salami and reduced provolone and smoked chedder cheese with blackcurrant kombucha post-climb snack. Thanks for the patient belay J.

A cheap lesson in expecting the unexpected and soft eyes when upsetting a big wasp nest on route. Edge of your seat stuff but miraculously survived without a sting, a modern day Daniel in the lions' den.

Pitched it out in the rain after the big man couldn't fit the squeeze, had to indignantly haul him with the z-pulley jiji.

One would think there would be cooler temps climbing this at 2:30am but it was so humid it quickly turned into a sweaty battle.

Thanks Dave for joining me down deep and for the belay! Type two fun obviously, the grade might vary depending on body shape and size.

Lovely lil bit of climbing, great flow and varied moves. The grade felt a bit soft but I did use the arete on the right which might have been why.

Finally got on the sharp end and madre mía what a climb, traversing away from your last piece for 3 or 4 moves. Nothing like committing to the moves or a big pendulum swing.

A ride down to the basement to cap of Rach's stellar trip and her final climb and she loved it. "It feels like I'm giving birth!" - "It feels like I've been reborn!" A frog rite of passage

I'm always a little apprehensive looking up at this climb – the sharp fang of rock menacingly looking down, piecing the unconscious mind. Then committing to climb that same daggered tooth was thrilling! The tight chimney and exciting step around at the top make for a vaired and memorable climb all round.

Apologise for the sunset grunting frogsters, mix of grit and spit and forearm cramps. Added to the cookie jar with this climb - all heart and hard fought.

Low energy day made this accent tough, made sure to find those funky no hands rest to get me through. Great arm strut technique by Caroline!

Satisfying lead down under with great flow and moves.

Went smoothly through the crux with a couple of high runners placed in thin crack left side for pro, no faff with the chock stone this time. See ya later!

A deep sendy satisfaction on this today. A lesson in staying in the fight even when pumped – persevere! May we all reach the heavenly hand jams if we do not tarry long in the firey finger locks!

A summer special, a sweaty struggle, a splendid send.

Flared crack to WC ledge, summer spooge this morning made this quite a challenge.

Finger jams most satisfactory!

What a memorable fight in the wet! As I started up it was already sprinkling, becoming heavier through crux as I threw a jam in desperation about to slip off and into a summer shower at the top as the inside of my glasses fogged up in the heat and i placed the last pieces blindly into the crack and climbed the final moves soaked and spent.

Never ending corner of doom is waxing lyrical I'd say, it's just a dirty offwidth. Great job by Caroline to follow me up, not exactly showcasing frog's finest jaja! Take 2 5's and 2 6's and it's not really run-out.

Berp!

Backing up from Thursday's attempt, really satisfying mix of jams and stances out of the face. Burlied the crux just a little but movement throughout flowed nicely. ¡Vale la pena!
