Ascents in South East as Working

Huffed and puffed. Failed the long reach

Trying to sus out the new beta without the crucial left hand hold. Basically flailed about and didn't achieve much but pulled through to the top

great working sesh W Declan - despite the spoogeness, progress was made on this, bit more commitment and time, and it's a tick.

Keen to take this down - Awesome to watch Declan almost flash it!! Great little side quest nugget.

Proud to log the fact I find this boulder impossible. soppy condies didn't help but regardless, I struggle.

Can establish and Alamos hit the punch crimp. From the first move can top the boulder. Maybe skin can help with this one. Super psyched to come back and send it!! Maybe

Got up on a rope and from the underclings got to the top. First move goes but getting into the under cling is hard!!! Must get stiffer shoes. Can definitely go tho.

4th session working this. First half well sorted now. Matching on the 50degree side pull crimp rail onward still tough. Resolving the actual line has taken time. I believe there to be 3 variations of this route getting harder from right to left exit lines. Need to come back with a rope to work the top out.

Progress todays, although walked away with a flexor injury in left hand/arm. Careful on deadpoint crimp to crimp.

Monday session with a psyched crew of people. Backwards progression but had a lot of fun playing on the boulder nonetheless. Just wasn’t my day

Getting closer

Awesome techy climbing, though got kicked off trying to get to "it gets better"'s starting hold. Feels outrageously far R and low for me. Anyone know if the line does go this low?

Feel like I’m not doing the crux correctly. Finding this climb quite difficult. Can’t figure out the crux moves in the middle.

This one sparks joy. Keen to nail it. Spent a large chunk of time pulling on this today.

All moves done this session, including finding an alternate mantle so as to preserve my recovering left hammy. Too gassed to put it together by the end, will try to back soon while the moves are fresh in my head!

Session 5. 2 laps, popped off part B of first crux both times. First time climbing clean to anchors from the no hands rest below bulge. Final move is still a killer. Time to get on the lead.

Had a bard (Alex) sitting up above the 12 playing guitar. Cool outing with good company!

Was out of action for 6 weeks, but linking the business bar 1 move after the breadloaf match was a real eye opener from the last time I tried it. The psyche is back for climbin’ bb!

Surprised at how much of a mental battle topping out has been. Felt the slot above the lip on the last working shot. Nothing else left to it but to do it!

Note to self, need skin if I wanna pull better! Established, can do move 1 but can’t stick yet, from the catch, can bring feet up and match and go for the jug rail think, I think it has chance with fresh skin
