Ascents climbed between 2022-11-01 and 2022-11-30 in Turkey as Hang dog as trad or sport

The route is really nice along two tufas, but it gets to my head

Oof, the start was hard. So crimpy and hard to read

You'd expect the crux to be the bulge in the first half or the rooflet, but those are actually quite easy. It's the crimpy finish that gets you. Really great route, I just didn't want to overstrain my injured finger with a second go.

Foot slipped... 😢

25m of 5b foliage climbing then the last bit is 6a+.

Had everything ready, then the essential foothold broke off on the sending go. Had to find a new beta. Not enough left in the tank for a send. Maybe still 7b, but definitely harder and more reachy now.

Now that's a sandbag. Incredibly good route with lots of thin footwork. At least 7a, in my opinion. The last bit is probably even harder when you're short. Sadly no onsight, misread one foot sequence.

2 star if 6C. Small holds but all the moves are there

So close, but that slightly awkward top section stopped me right before the anchor.

I missed a key hold at the crux hidden away in a corner.

Should have done it on the first go today. Got a bit distracted by a drone in the middle of the crux. At least, now my beta is much better.

Bolt to bolt and had to pull on a draw through the crux. We met climbers who knew the bolters. They gave a grade of VII+/VIII-.

Three goes and I still couldn't get this clean. Tough and sustained.

Onsight go, got really far, but it just doesn't stop... Ran out of energy in the top section.

This is the traverse going across the overhanging mid-section of the sector. Gets harder and harder towards the end, so I had to rest at one particularly reachy move.
