bout a grade 18 really fun climb

An awesome technical slab i say its a 19

such a fun climb with really contrived moves will be graded at about 21

climbed this beautiful route with Eddie and Alex. Lead all the pitches and the 17 varient finish great climb off before the sun hit us

Julia and Coopers first climb they both did amazingly well! 3 hrs car to car not bad day on rock!

Simul with Snapgate first attempt 59 mins car to car. 1 #0.75 and #2. heaps of fun!

37m ground to top a lil rusty however it was good to get a fitness lap in.

Forgot the red cam for the top which made it interesting...

The Bolts on this climb are soooooo rusty, one looks like it would pull out. climbing was average.

more bang for your buck than sweet dreams the 4th pitch was just amazing climbing and supper exposed.

Really nice movements up the cliff, not the most exposed line. However a nice little outing that is quite remote.

10 draws is plenty. largest cam I used was a BD #3

Great climbing, lots of gear and great place to have a beer. I took a double rack and that was plenty.

Day two of Sunrise Send Series.

Highlights include beautiful vistas of an ocean of cloud; very fun pitch one and brownpointing pitch two when I threw my only bolt plate away at the end of the traverse while I was half mantled on the belay ledge ahaha

Pitch two is quite the sandbag (say grade 20 aswell) do not lead this if you are not confident.

Did pitch 3 thought it was worth it and walking off the climb was not difficult at all. Follow the very faint bush bashed track up to cave system and head right till you rejoin the track.

First redpoint of the grade. one of my fave climbs in the mtns!

This is my favourite 23 in the mtns by a mile! and solid at the grade.

I took a #1,2,3 that's all that is required.

Rpt, According to the crag, I have climbed 95 22's and I am certain this route is not Grade 21.

Though it is one of the best at either grade!

One move off crimps . Traverse over the the anchors of CU3 or do a Monty and climb to the top of the clip then down climb ahahah

One of the best 19s in the mtns just great face/vague arete climbing the whole way.

The only downside is that the low off works for sport climbing folk however it could be improved.

Consider tying the belayer to a tree while your quest up to the very high first bolt.

Morning Send!!!

For only an extra 10 minute of walking. We were treated to this steep gaping and intimidating corner. It was great fun! You really only need a single rack to #4 and a 6 if you want to keep things ultra sane. Would be cool to do a tube chock or big bro ascent in the FA Style. The roof is awesome fun aswell just don't think to hard about it haha. Great work on bringing this route to life Neil! hardest mixed onsite too I believe

Sand bagged at 17? fun climbing up the flake system with good rests. I feel if you didnt know how to layback or heal hook you would not be getting up this route.
