Ascensiones en Eagle Wall teniendo Beta

Wow. Tough crux moves. Had no skin left after 9 previous tie ins today, so had no chance. Maybe next time.

Flash. Very soft. Pure boulder problem going at about V3.

Feels harder than Tequila sunrise. Had a bunch of failed starts trying to get off the ground.

Red point. #2ndGo. Once I got off the ground to the right hand jug it is pretty much all over. Still a couple of moves to do, but they don't make it the grade.

Had to work out the boulder problem start first. Went direct. Nice 👌

Felt much harder than everything else on the Eagle Wall. Harder if you're short and got no hops.

Fun route that stays in the shade - Bouldering on a rope.

Two top outs hangdogging and pulling up from the draws. Not strong enough for this one yet. Maybe next time.

Took a while to find beta that worked for me on the start. Rest was straightforward.

Took a few goes to grab the side pull accurately

Happy with this onsight. But all these routes are just a handful of moves off the ground.

Took a little while to work out the start beta. Then went easy once I knew what I was doing.

Second go.

Could not work this out on the first tie in. Didn’t have the latest guide so was assuming this was harder than it turned out to be and tried to use ridiculous holds/sequence.

Short sharp and pretty straightforward once I ruled out all the bad holds

Big holds and quite fun.

First attempt. Kept reaching for the wrong right-hand side pull after third bolt and got pumped out. Climbed to the top after that.

Second attempt. Should have gotten it easily this time, but fumbled going for the right hand side pull and peeled off.

Red point. 3rd go. Nice little climb.

Took 3 goes to get this clean. Topped every time though.

2nd go, totally screwed up the crux.

After 2 attempts I finally got this clean. The crux felt still quite hard. Cool bouldery climb.

Me and this climb have history. Feels so good to finally have conquered the Queen!

Took some time to figure out the moves. First go was hangdog, second the send. Very sharp holds.

2nd go and send. Felt easy once I had figured out the moves.

Back to the reality. I tried to onsight but totally misread the climb. Very sharp holds on the face if you end up using them.

Interesting moves once you find them.

Just did this so I have tied in to every route on Eagle Wall
