A thin crack at the beginning was a manageable start but soon became tricky with suspect flakes and only the occasional micro-nut as pro throughout the mid section. An exposed grapple over a bulge led to a nice groove to layback up and then blocks to scamper up to finish.

The mega classic for a reason, cool moves solid gear great position. Ukc might oversell it as one of the best vs in the country, but very worthwhile

Worse than it looks, incredibly muddy and overgrown. Split into two pitches but could have been done in one - there's a big ledge about 8m from the top to build an anchor. Then traversed to the final part of Lyon for second pitch to a tree belay. Scrambled up to a footpath which lead to eagles nest for a good view.
